We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with easy access to everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were super easy, which made the whole experience even smoother. One of the highlights was playing video games with my family, it brought back so many childhood memories and created new ones we’ll always treasure. Shay was an amazing host friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Great place to call home on our trip! Rachel and Sam were both extremely accommodating and responsive during our time there. The place itself was cozy and the chickens were a pleasure to meet. Highly recommend!

Not having been in Denver before we were unsure of places to stay and location. Andrea’s house met all our needs. Plenty of room for the six of us and easy travel to where we needed to go. Arrival and check in was easy. She would respond to any inquiries quickly and discussing things with her was very easy. We loved the back patio and sat out there often for long stretches. One of our party stayed in the trailer and really enjoyed it. It is different and if you have someone in your party who would maybe enjoy that experience I would highly recommend it. Overall it was a great house with multiple amenities. I will say that if we return to Denver this would be the place I’d stay.

Everything about this Airbnb was amazing, such a wonderful place for kids to have fun and enjoy a stay as well. Wonderful hosts as well, very helpful and always checking in to make sure everyone is enjoying the stay. Thank you!

Great place to stay. The air bnb has everything we needed. A plus was plenty of towels (we are a family of 6). Washer and dryer was helpful as well. He had tons of blankets, blow up mattress and pack n play as well. This place has plenty of room to move around and sleep. We have 4 children youngest is 18 months and oldest is 13 and every one of them has something here to keep them entertained and having a good time. The lake was awesome. Definitely I great place to stay with family

Nice little space, well kept and vey clean. Thought it was going to be closer to the restaurants on Tennyson street, couldn’t walk there. Guess that was my fault for not researching the location. Overall very happy with the space.

Michael and Jamie were perfect hosts! The house was lovely and clean and had plenty of space for our family of eight. They both were very helpful and quickly responded to our questions and supplied very good information on the area and our airport transfers. We had everything we needed and would highly recommend this property!!

House was as described, basic amenities and spacious. The pool table was a bit hard to use since the walls and window make some shots impossible. Beds were comfy.

great property and super nice host , was nice and clean and had everything you could need ! unfortunately it had to rain on our mini vacation but that didn’t stop us from the hot tub and enjoying our time will definitely stay again the the future and add more days because we weren’t ready to leave! 😊

Great place, pool hot tub, responsive easy to get Ubers. I think comfortably sleeping 11 requires some shared beds or someone sleeping on a couch

Condo was peaceful and had wonderful outdoor area. Bed was comfy and owner was super quick at responding and very helpful and accommodating

We stayed with our 1.5 and 3 year old boys, had a very late night check-in but getting in with the instructions and putting everyone to bed was so easy and seamless. The big sectional was great for family snuggles, and the location was central to amenities and places to take kids. We hope to book again the next time we’re in the Denver area!

This is a great spot for being based in Lodo! You don't need a car as it's right next to the train station and being above Whole Foods is amazing. This apartment is perfect for a single person or couple traveling together. The kitchen has all of the basics you need to be able cook your meals at home. Would recommend this as your jumping off place to explore Denver!

We had a wonderful time at Black Hawk. Everything worked as expected. At times it was so peaceful you could hear a pin drop. Very beautiful.

A comfy no frills, clean space with easy parking, a cozy bed, and a good size kitchen… there is no television so be prepared to read (great book selection) or play games. Great location and a nice semi communal backyard space. Bri was welcome and kind, would stay again.

I had an amazing stay at Nysa’s place! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to downtown yet quiet enough to relax after a long day. Nysa was incredibly responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the spacious backyard for our fur babies. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Denver and would love to stay here again in the future.

Quiet and comfortable!! We had a great stay!! Had everything we needed!! The outdoor patio space was private and very nice. There are stairs leading to the space but very easy to navigate! Older neighborhood but we felt very safe. Liked having a locked gate into the space. Would stay again!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, spacious, and felt very homey. The backyard was a great bonus and our dogs loved having the space to run around. There is a great Mexican restaurant nearby and the host stayed in good communication with us throughout the trip and was very attentive. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Darleen and Damon were amazing! The place was extremely nice and well stocked. Our dog was very comfortable and enjoyed walks in the pristine neighborhood. Looking forward to staying here in the future 🌟
