great location! not near people kinda hidden away! house was beautiful and well worth it. definitely would go again

First, making the reservation was really easy. Ruth was always very responsive. The house and surrounding area is beautiful; lots of flowers, beautiful backyard. The house was just as described. The keyless entry was very easy. Ruth communicated all the needed information on more than one occasion. The bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, and living room were all immaculate. The kitchen had dishes, flatware, and pots, and pans. The bedrooms had extra pillows and blankets, if needed. There is a washer and dryer as well. We did not need all of these items, but they were there if needed. We loved our stay. There were never any problems. We were going to the Statehouse Convention Center, and it was just a short drive away. The home is conveniently located near the state capital and the Arkansas Children’s Hospital. Ruth was always very responsive. I would not hesitate to stay again!

This was a wonderful place and had plenty of room for us. Check in was seamless, and the location felt remote but was just down the road from restaurants and grocery stores. Would recommend to friends and family!

Comfy with a modern twist. The house is located in an older peaceful neighborhood close to downtown. The inside has been modernized with some lovely details. The pictures online are great but they do not do this little gem justice. Like most of the reviews stated, the beds are comfortable with a large shower and bath tub to enjoy in the master. It was the kitchen that we enjoyed the most with it's high-end appliances (Bosch fan club). Seasoning and cooking oils were available for use. Jeanette thought of everything! My husband and I are in agreeance that this was the most comfortable stay we have experienced so far through Airbnb.

Great house with all the amenities of home! Our host, Damon, was excellent with all communications. The house had everything we needed inside and there were several outdoor spaces to enjoy as well. The kitchen was spacious, so we were able to make some homemade meals for our family that are stationed at LRAFB. The location was close to LRAFB and close to many restaurants, parks, and grocery stores. The neighborhood was quiet with kind neighbors. The home was clean, well kept, and comfy. We look forward to our next visit!

Amazing stay! We had a family group of eleven people. Everyone loved the home and location. Breakfast on the back deck was magical.

Everything that’s in the listing was true. This house was very comfortable, extremely clean and in a nice neighborhood. Restaurants were plentiful and within easy driving distance. I was even allowed an early check-in due to my arrival time. Thank you Tonya for helping make a great weekend for a few old army buddies getting together.

We had a quick overnight stay in Little Rock for a meeting early the next morning. We grabbed this place. Becca gave clear instructions on how to get in and where it was. We had no trouble finding the place. It's an upstairs apartment above some local businesses. The place was perfect for my business partner. The kitchen is beautiful, we could definitely use that if we were there longer. The bedrooms and the bathrooms were very nice. We will definitely stay again next time we need an overnight in the Capital. Thanks!

We loved our stay. Everything was as advertised. Beds were comfortable; apartment was clean; beautifully decorated; fully stocked. This lovely little place would be great for ladies who are traveling alone as it's very secure (behind two locked doors), and right across the way from the Morrilton Police Dept. Surrounding area is quiet, and just around the block from a nice, little coffee shop. It's only just a few minutes to all major stores/restaurants. Hosts were very prompt in communication. I hope to stay again in the future - we enjoyed it so much.

Shawn was very responsive and kind. The place was perfect for us. My 4 year old (and I) especially loved the chickens who visited us! Our dog was thankful for the treats!!! this place was top tier to break up our long road trip :)

Great communication with host, Robby even checked in with me after we arrived to make sure everything was good. We will 100% be staying at this location again. Great get away for the wife and I with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Nice home out of home!

Perfect location, so comfortable, beautifully decorated, amazing amenities. we could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay while visiting family. Danielle was so fast to respond and help with anything we needed. The space was on the 1st floor super easy to access, the parking was simple literally right outside the building access. The building was extremely safe, the location is perfect! So many restaurants and Target, and easy access to the freeways. The only thing to prepare for is there is no laundry soap, no seasonings, no dish washing soap, no paper towels. Shouldn't be a problem if you're there for a night or two. We were there for 8 days so we had to buy a lot of things that we ended up just leaving.
