Apartment holiday rentals in Shinjuku Station

Owner, has a proactive welcoming personality! We had a youtube-video for easy direction from station to accomodation. Priceless! Even with baggage, easy to walk to accomodation, from Shinjuku station A perfect stay, for further small trips, by both subway and JR-train ( starts from 240 yen) We headed to Narita Airport afterwards. Accommodation gave us apportunity to cook us good meals. Supermarket, or small minimarkets( Lawson, 7-11) just outside. Table for selfservice from "dining room", lovely doubleroom. Good isolation from citypuls! Enjoy!

Central location to get to Shibuya and Shinjuku. Plenty or restaurants options and easy access to public transportation. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb! The place was cozy and clean, with a very peaceful atmosphere—perfect for relaxing. The host was incredibly friendly and always quick to respond to any questions

I highly recommend this location for those who would like a peaceful and beautiful place to stay in Tokyo. It’s right by a major subway line, and the nearby park is gorgeous. The bed is comfortable, even for two people who need a little extra room. The washer in the apartment is extremely useful, and there is a hang drying rack provided. We loved this spot!

Our stay here was amazing especially for our first time in Shinjuku. The location couldn’t be beat, walkable to so many of things you want to see while visiting this area of Tokyo. The place was so clean and the bed and bedding were so comfortable I want the bedding for my own house. The host was super responsive, gave great instructions on how to get there and how to get into the place. Also was super communicative and gave helpful hints and great local recommendations. Would stay here again any trip back to Shinjuku

Nice clean place. Liked that it was in a quieter part of Tokyo but still walkable to great food and of course the Yoyogi station. We are family of 4, two young kids, and it was tight but worked for us. This is Tokyo after all and we didn’t expect western style apartment or space. Had small kitchen and washer dryer but we didn’t need to use either. Host was responsive and had good English. Instructions to get to the place from Yoyogi station were clear and had pics

We had a really great time in this flat. It is a quiet, peaceful place and yet very close to the train stations to get you to your desired destination quickly. Many nice restaurant in less than 10 minutes walking distance. Sayuki is a very kind and helpful host, always fast to response and they even changes the towels during our stay. The place is very clean and looks just like in the pictures. One small remark for us was the size (but I guess it’s to be expected in a city like Tokio): We stayed for one week and for two people with big luggage it got a bit tight after 3/4 days. But other than that, great place to explore Tokio from! Thank you!

I really enjoyed staying at Makoto’s place. It was a perfect and convenient spot from all the places I needed to go. Its a hip spot where you will be lots of locals. I enjoyed looking around the supermarket as well. There was a nail salon across the street I went to. The bed was comfortable. The shower had nice pressure. I would stay here again my next time around.

This is such a well designed cute studio apartment with a nice roof terrace. It has everything we needed the location is convenient and also quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to one back one day.

Great location, surrounded by buzzing atmosphere. Loved the balcony overlooking the street. Comfortable and clean space, situated close to train station making travel super easy. Great host, very responsive.

The 旅屋 Triphome in Shibuya, Tokyo is a hidden gem! Tucked away in a quiet alley just off the bustling Korean Town (packed with amazing restaurants and Korean cosmetics and grocery shops), it offers a peaceful retreat. You're also just a short walk to Shin-Okubo Station on the incredibly convenient JR Yamanote Line. The place itself was immaculately clean and incredibly convenient. Our host, Sean, was proactive, friendly, and lightning-fast with his responses. Highly recommended for couples or solo travelers!

I love host Lee, so responsive and accommodating. The place was just as described and Lee provided everything you could need much like a 5 star hotel would and just as clean. The location also as described, walkable to many places and right near the shinjuku line so easy to get to Shibuya or Tokyo for example. I like that it is just outside the busy roads but close enough to walk to get whatever you need. Some quick things I noticed that are not Lee’s fault at all. There was either a siren or a megaphone going around the block each hour. It might have been bad luck but it happened Also the stairs are very narrow so difficult to get large luggage up the stairs. And the A/C at least compared to US Hotels is not crispy cold. But does work and I was comfortable and it was very hot outside most days. These things may bother some people so I want to make them known. But I will definitely be back to Lee’s unit and I would give more stars if the app would let me.

Great place to stay in the area. This was my third time visiting/staying in this area but first time staying here and I have to say that I will definitely choose this place over others if it's available next time. It was clean, easy to access, and consumer-friendly (no crazy instructions when it came to housekeeping or anything like that). 5/5!

Nori-san's place is great, it has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The location is great, you'll be close to many shops and restaurants while also being close to the train station to explore more of Tokyo. Nori-san also provided good recommendations close by which was appreciated. No complaints, I would stay here again if I get the chance.

Such a great find! The flat is stunning and looks exactly as described, spacious and very nicely designed and decorated. The area is also very vibrant, loads of restaurant and the host kindly provide a long list of places to go

Amazing! First accommodation of many in Asia and not disappointed!

Gimmicky. I want to get that out of the way right now. This property is capitalizing off of having an onsen nearby with traditional looking Japanese bedding and decor. That's what got me, and it might be what's getting you...I would say that's probably not worth it. The place itself is fine. The bedding is fine, but in the end I chose this place over other cheaper options for the novelty, I feel I could have gotten a little bit better value elsewhere, but still overall happy with what I got and what I paid. I used the onsen once during my two week stay. I really like onsens, but this one is small, busy, and I just wasn't a fan. Service was awesome. He spoke great English, and helped me bring my heavy luggage up the stairs to my room. Overall, despite starting out critical here, this place is really nice and I like the quiet area next to nice walking paths. Lastly, I wish the place had a small dining table and chairs. You basically have to eat at a small low table on the floor.

We are grateful for our stay here. The owner was so nice, helpful, responsive and even lent us a pocket wifi. We are delighted by the place as it is accessible and walking distance from stores, restaurants and the train station. The amenities and appliances were complete. It is a home away from home. Clean, convenient, and spacious - absolutely would stay here again!

For Tokyo, with this price, it's really a bang for your buck! Ventilation and window wasn't that great, but the place is spacious and comfortable. It got everything you need. What I like is the shared room where you can cook, wash or even talk with other guests. The access is 24/7 using lock pin. Min also provides a personal coffee set for his guests to brew coffee, mmm.. nice!! Just beware that the toilet doesn't have bidet. Overall it was a nice experience! The location also walkable to metro and bus. Min is also very supportive host! He replied blazingly fast in case of problem! During check-in, Min waited in front of the place to guide us. He also offers free drink in his coffee shop, sadly we missed it because of our busy schedule :( I would definitely come again if I visit Asakusa in the future.
