There are many sightseeing spots such as production direct markets, hot springs, and cycling roads nearby, so I recommend staying overnight. You can also go to Kamikochi and Hakuba on a day trip. It is surrounded by a quiet residential area, so please refrain from chatting loudly outside. Parking is available for up to 2 regular cars. You can also rent bicycles (up to 3).
