Takeki’s place is perfect if you have a car and want to experience how locals from Sapporo live. The property itself looks like a dream inside, clean yet full of design touch. The location is central enough yet away from the crowded tourist areas. Lots of small business, groceries stores, and shops nearby that, again, made us feel like we live like locals here. I would 100% live here again next time.

三间房6人入住，可以一起共进晚餐，也同时还可以享受私人空间。房间设施比较旧，但是住宿费价格很好，性价比算是很高了。

The place is exactly as described, clean, great location and easy for check in. Close to the train station (5 mins walk), airport bus stop (4 mins walk), near to the center, restaurant and room space is good for us (3 adults). Host are friendly and always response. So, If we go to Sapporo we will stay here again. We really enjoy the stay.

Wonderful place as described. The only thing I’d say is it was a little expensive for the length of the stay. I would also recommend having extra soaps, towels, and another pot with a matching lid. The guides felt a little confusing at first, but they were nicely printed out for us when we got to the location! We had a great time and found the stay very enjoyable. Thank you!

The condo is near to susukino station, tons of restaurants around. Room looks quite new, enough to 5 people to stay although feels a bit small. But that's expected since it's in the city center.

스스키노에서 걸어서 가까웠어요. 힘들면 택시타고 이동해서 만원정도라 괜찮았어요. 시설은 깔끔했고 침구정리도 잘 되어있고 집 들어가는 방법도 간편했어요. 예약하고 나면 안내해주시는데 진짜 찾기 쉽게 잘 안내해주셨어요. 아래층에도 방은 있어서 부모님 모시고 가도 괜찮긴한데 넓은 방은 전부 위쪽에 있어서 나이 많으신 어른분들만 모시고 가긴 복층계단이 위험할 수 있어요. 전체적으로 잘 되어있는 숙소였어요.

Booked this place for a 4 night stay with my family. Upon entering the house, we were greeted by a very spacious and clean place. Everything we needed were provided. It’s perfect 🤩 will book again when we visit Sapporo at another time. Easy to find also even for the uber ride and eats and taxi services that we used.

가족, 친척 9명이 갔는데 너무 편안 했습니다. 모두가 만족하고 칭찬을 아끼지 않을 만 한 숙소였습니다. 시설은 사진처럼 너무 깨끗하고 편안했고 칫솔, 치약, 샴푸, 린스, 바디워시, 각자 사용할 수 있는 1회용 샤워타올까지 잘 준비되어 있었습니다 . 인원 별로 2박에 맞게 큰 수건 2개 작은 수건 2개를 제공해 넉넉하게 사용할 수 있었습니다. 쓰레기통도 방마다 비치되어 있고 분리수거도 실내에서 편하게 할 수 있었습니다. 이 외에도 숙소 설명에 나와 있는 모든 내용이 실제로 매우 잘 갖추어져 있습니다. 숙소에서 걸어갈 수 있는 거리에 매우 맛있는 스프카레 집과 드립 커피를 즐길 수 있는 아담한 커피숍도 있습니다 . 다음에 다시 삿포로에 가게 된다면 꼭 다시 이용하고 싶습니다 .

5名で2泊利用しました。 とても親切に対応していただき、快適に過ごせました。 設備等も清潔で充実しており、不自由さは全く感じませんでした。 まるで自宅にいるかのように、ゆっくり寛げる空間なので、外出後もリラックスして疲れを癒せました。 近くにコンビニもあり、何かの時は歩いてすぐ行ける距離で便利です。

Stayed here with 5 adults and 2 children. Plenty of space for everyone. Wish there was a bathroom on the main living floor but not a deal breaker. There’s a small store conveniently located across the street. Overall, great experience and would consider staying here again.

The home is a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Pierre was a great host. He is communicative, fast response, and very helpful. We hope can stay at the Teine Red House again someday in the future!

깨끗하고 모던한 집이에요. 침대 두개가 있는 방에 침대가 커서 짐 놓을 공간이 없는 부분만 빼면 괜찮았습니다. 침대도 편했어요. 다만, 방은 살짝 추웠습니다. 가성비로 완전 좋아요.

This was our first time visiting Otaru, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the train station and an easy stroll to the main streets of Otaru. Every morning, we could hear the sound of the steam clock and music in the distance, which made the atmosphere feel so peaceful and beautiful. It’s also very close to convenience stores and everything else we needed. We really loved our stay here and would definitely come back!

we had a pleasant time staying here! it's close to the station, konbini, and tourist spots in otaru like otaru music box museum, otaru canal, letao, and many more! they are all walkable from the apartment. the place is quite spacious for the 7 of us. it's also very clean. would love to stay here again next time we go to otaru!

The room was actually bigger than I expected. Everything is super clean and the room was very nice. It was facing the ocean and I bet it would’ve looked even better during the winter. I also really appreciated having a bath that’s also facing that view.

Near Minami Otaru Station, everything matches the description. But one thing I didn’t know—the room door is more like a partition, not a real door.
