The photos do not do this place justice 🙌🏻 It is absolutely beautiful and so, so clean. The view from the balcony is 10/10. Pool clean and quiet. The location is perfect - only about a 15 min walk right to all the restaurants and the old town. Also felt very safe at all times. Host was amazing as she sent recommendations for food, sight seeing as well as helpful shortcuts. Would stay here again 😊

My family, a total of 7 people, were guests at Liubov's. The villa is fantastic, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large terrace and a pool. The location is great, you walk a few steps to the sea, the nearest small beach is also within walking distance. However, you need a car to go shopping or eat out. The view of the sea from the villa is magnificent. We were guests for 12 days, the whole villa was cleaned once, the beds were freshly made. The towels were changed very often, you don't have to bring bath towels from home, everything is available. The hostess is always available, she helps immediately with the smallest problem. We really enjoyed our vacation and would book with Liubov again at any time:)

It's awesome place, nice design, brilliant panoramic view. Good kitchen, nice TV, good barbecue place and nice chill zone with panoramic view. Also as a pros excellent bad with fantastic pillows, my sleep was perfect. From cons i would recommend to be prepared to be isolated, it's not walkable to Budva center, only by car. If you are more than 4 then you need 2 cars to go there and back and it already doesn't worth it. It's just matter of preferences, on the other side you won't have such panoramic overview. In general we had a nice stay and no problems, just sometimes wanted to be more closer to the center.

Excellent home and host. The view is nicer than anything. Kate and her brother are very kind and helpful. If I come back to Budva, I would like to stay here.

We had a great stay! The private yard with a pool is amazing – perfect for sunbathing and relaxing in the afternoon. There’s also a beautiful hammam and a small gym, which were a lovely bonus. The climate inside the house is very comfortable – never too hot or too cold. Everything else in the house was convenient and well thought out. It had everything we needed and really felt like home.

I wish I could give a 6-star rating for Mirjam's communications. She was not only hyperresponsive but also made a sincere effort to anticipate and understand potential needs. I have not seen this level of support before.

Aleksandars place in cold bay is an absolute dime! The location in the bay could not be better and I had the most peaceful month there. Since I went outside of the high season there were only very few but friendly people there and Aleksandar was easy to communicate with if there were questions. Cannot recommend enough!

The apartment which we was living in for two weeks was exactly as on the pictures. It had everything that we needed. Host was very hospitable and helpful. We felt that host is taking care of us. If we needed anything, we was getting immediate help and advice. We can truly reccomend this place.

Cozy and clean Warm recommendation

Big thanks to the whole Osa family. This is an amazing place. We had the most relaxing holiday. We really enjoyed all our stay. The apartment was clean, cozy and there was everything you need. Very good location close to the beach. Near the bakery and shops. The hosts took care of everything. Very polite and kind people. The morning breakfasts welcoming guests with smiling were outstanding. We strongly recommend this place. Great place made by great people! We'll certainly be back with our friends and family. Clean and comfortable little studio with a beautiful view of the sea from your balcony! Good wifi, hot water, and big comfortable bed. There is not much around the apartment but there is a grocery store 2 minute walk. The area around is quiet and peaceful. A short walk to the Sea and center. Taxi only around 5 euro. Really nice if you have a car. The host was friendly and always available to help or answer any questions. Highly recommend.

Great apartment with a great view, close to the beach and attractions. The host was available at all times and quickly resolved the issues that arose. There is a bar on the beach line that includes music for the whole city from 22:00 to 24:00. Be prepared for this, but this is not the fault of the host of the apartment. Of the minuses, there is no salt, sugar, coffee, tea in the apartment. If you want to cook something, you need to bring everything with you, including oil, etc.

The location given in the app was not correct, but the host led us to the apartment. Speaks very good English and very friendly. The location is 10 min walk from the beach and city centre, but there is no sidewalk on the road. The apartment is clean and very nice as advertised.

Milos was a fantastic host, very friendly and welcoming, and flexible regarding the check-in and -out times. His brother even brought us to the location with his own car, since I don’t drive, which was really great. The Old Mill is such a gem, it’s very authentic and the views from the balcony are just breathtaking, especially at the sunset. The pool area and the garden are also a very unique and a beautiful addition to the whole experience. Having a car is advisable, but if you don’t drive (like myself) there are local drivers, which will bring you to wherever you wish for a reasonable price.

Quiet, well-maintained. We spent 7 nights here. Good Water as a town didn't impress us. Crowds of people, hustle and bustle, plastic. There is no contact with nature. There are a lot of shops - it's very convenient. The building itself, in which the apartment is located, is a complex of apartments with access to the pool and down to the sea - there are sun loungers and umbrellas free of charge for guests, but people occupy them early in the morning. A path there amidst beautiful vegetation, perfect for taking photos-especially at sunset. Descent to the sea on a ladder or slippery stairs - take your bathing shoes. The direct descent from the apartment to the pool is very comfortable. When other people were in the pool, the noise was not tiring, because due to the air conditioning, there are doors and windows closed. The terrace is clean with a beautiful view. Perfect for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Host punctual and responsible. Very good contact. We rented a car from him for two days. Everything went smoothly. Thank you!

We were 4 people staying for 2 nights and we had a great time. We as guests had issues with our timing and arrived a bit late for check-in but our host had full understanding and was willing to be flexible. The house was amazing and had everything we needed, the environment was beautiful and we had a nice view while using the grill for our barbecue. Would 10/10 recommend this place for anyone visiting Montenegro.

Spectacular villa, the outdoor/pool area is incredible and the views are beautiful. The hosts are super helpful, and always on hand/available for anything you need. Highly recommend for a group stay!

A traditional house in the style called 'ethno'......This airbnb is the place to go.....The friendliest host Neda will say "Hello".....And Snoopy the dog such an handsome fellow....Spotlessly clean with hints off yellow.....Like a canvas by Picasso..... Prsut, homemade cheese and balls off dough.....served with loze and vino 'crno'.....the perfect place to relax and feel mellow! :)

Great spot only a short walk to the beach. Very calming and relaxing with the pool available. The apartment was perfect for us to spend a couple of days relaxing in!
