The response of the team is as best as it can be and they are readily available for any help which is needed. The place is an absolute gem, a perfect blend of customer service ,hospitality and facility management.The views, the care takers and the cooks were great to interact with and the hosts made sure that everything was perfect .The views from the place were an absolute bliss along with the amenities and the insides of the house which were perfectly aligned with the idea of a perfect stay. The property is exactly as described—fully furnished with all the necessary amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen. Place - There’s a perfect road to the place, you will not have to do any hike to the place which makes it super friendly for elder people, there’s ample parking, the rooms and overall house is very spacious. You have perfect garden where you will find different types of plants including flowering plans and vegetable & fruit plants. For adventurous youth there’s a small pretty hike just behind the house which can be done by people of any age. You can witness amazing sunrise and sunsets just from the balconies along with starry nights. Overall all there’s no downside to this place. Host - Chetan ji is the best host you will ever meet, he will never say no to you for anything and will truly treat you like family. He will guide you for anything or anyplace you want to go, super awesome person you will ever find. He’s a rare gem. Amenities & food: perfect home cooked meals made from ingredients directly from his garden. Everything that is mentioned or you want will be available. Worth it

The stay was amazing. We had the most pleasant couple of days. The caretaker specially was super helpful and made us the best food. If you are looking for a truly local experience, do stay here!

I had a wonderful stay ay Monty's place. The host was incredibly kind, polite and went above amd beyond to accommodate our every need. The rooms are clean, cozy and well maintained.

So happy and mesmerizing was our stay that one week stay that we had seemed less. A cosy well equipped cottage, great place, very serene and pristine surroundings. The host couple - both Mr Naresh Sharma and Mrs Nisha Sharma were very responsive ,took great care during our stay and personally gave us a detailed tour of their farms . Simply aweful experience.

Shantam is a great host. We stayed here with my parents and my 2 year old son. Shantam made sure we felt at home and provided everything we needed. The food here is highly recommended if you are looking for comfort food away from home. He even took our special request and made dal khichdi for my son when he was feeling under the weather. The views from the rooftop are amazing and the place is away from the city and very peaceful. Shantam gave us great suggestions to We would highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting with family.

Anuj's place lived up to the property description perfectly. The property itself was exceptionally beautiful, and we appreciated having access to both a balcony and a terrace. The view from the terrace was truly breathtaking. Anuj proved to be a highly responsive and proactive host, readily addressing all our additional questions. The caretaker, Suman, was also incredibly helpful with arrangements and remained sweet and supportive throughout our stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this property for those seeking a peaceful retreat with family and friends.

It was a great stay. Host was really helping in nature and listened to queries we had and during our whole stay we were relaxed and worry free. Thanks Shailee ji for helping us on the day of arrival we really appreciate it, as it was hard getting any transport due to weather condition on the day we arrived.

Thanks for making us feel at home being away from home, stayed with my family for one day ......Stunning property with such a adorable host, the location is 5 mins from car parking and mall road, couldn't have asked for a better location !!! Not to miss the amazing Parantha's made my namita as part of delicious breakfast , the pictures in air bnb doesn't do justice to the property , the property is much more beautiful and well maintained !!!! The best part was meeting babu :) Will definitely come back to stay for a longer tenure and will recommend the same to family and friends !!

Mrs and Mr Manju are wonderful host and co host. Mr Manju co host even took pain to follow us to grocery shop and very clearly gave us necessary advice to us . Many many thanks to him. Wonderful view from both balcony. Neat and clean and very spacious bathroom. Kitchen was well equipped. Everything was wonderful. We travelled all the way to shimla hoping for a peaceful holiday, the construction work on the upper floor was disturbing. It would be great if the hosts could ensure that such work is avoided during guest stay. At last it can be concluded that it was a wonderful stay for us.

Beautiful home stay nestled among the picturesque Himalayas . Not to forget the temple top that one can see from the home stay. One one side , there were tomato fields , on the other side there was the Karol Tibba hill view and on the front side , we had a view of beautiful local temple . We felt like home . Wanted to stay for more days . Food was great , home cooked 😋. Staff was a very helpful and very polite. Our pet also enjoyed the view from all the balconies 🐶🐾 Would definitely recommend people to come here ❤️❤️❤️

Great place in a quite location, 5 km from mall road

Staying at the beautiful unique 200 yr old house of Mrs. Maheeb was very special in every sense. Her welcoming smiles, the very good home cooked food, and her amazing stories about the house and her family made this a very warm experience. If our schedule had not been tight, we would very happily have stayed another few nights. One day we will be back for sure. VERY highly recommended to anyone staying in Shimla.

sunil and his team was so co-operative. due to some reason we were unable to do check in on time. I got call from the hotel and I explained the situation. they were very helpful and we were able to do late check in and Manager Mukesh was there at midnight around 2 for receiving us. great example of service. it was just amazing experience and they also allowed us to do late check out. thanks Sunil and team, we will surely visit the place again.

Good humans nowadays are rare to find. But Jayati and her family are extremely good people. They are responsible and very helpful for their guests. From the time i booked my stay they helped me with the direction and location. The homestay is very simple where you just feel right at mountains typical home. The location is 10/10 amazing. Although we just stayed for a night but will make sure to come soon and stay for longer. Food was also great as it was made by granny herself❤️. Lots of love from Sourav and Akki.

Tranquillitas is a peaceful, charming property, very well maintained by the host. It is no more than three quarters of an hour from Shimla, a real haven in the madhouse that Shimla has become. It provides easy access to the Mall, the Ridge and other hill stations in the area. The residence itself provides clean and welcoming rooms, with a separate kitchenette and dining area. Our breakfast under the trees on the last day was a highlight, as were the babbling birds to whom we woke each morning. The host was friendly and offered us useful suggestions about how to best utilise our short stay. Thanks so much!
