Welcome to your hideaway studio on a quiet, forested lot, yet just a few minutes away from essential services and twenty minutes from downtown Seattle. You'll enjoy the entire studio with a queen bed, one bathroom, sitting area, and a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The studio is attached to our home and has a private entrance from the back yard. Take a stroll down our trail to McAleer Creek and enjoy the Overlook Deck with your morning coffee or an afternoon beverage.

Easy bus ride to downtown and Pike Place Market and a 12 minute walk to the vibrant Greenwood center. Green Lake Park is 1 mile away and very popular with the locals and their dogs.

The cabin has been newly upgraded and will be your secluded retreat about 30 feet behind the main house with a separate entrance and covered parking space. Enjoy your retreat with a full kitchen, and countertop island. The cabin has one bedroom, one sofa bed and sleeps up to 3 people. Wake up with birding chirping, surround yourself with trees, and enjoy a freshly made cup of espresso. Located in a safe, quiet, and green neighborhood, but you are not far from the heart of Seattle.

Welcome to our cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath house located in the charming Greenwood neighborhood of Seattle. There are two spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable king size bed to ensure you have a restful night's sleep. Just a block away from a grocery store where you can stock up on essentials and two blocks away from a plethora of bars, restaurants, and shops. You'll never be bored with all the options available to you! Each bedroom has a 12k BTU window AC unit.

Cozy lower-level suite in Shoreline w/ movie room
Welcome to your home away from home! You'll have the entire guest suite to yourself. It is located in the lower level of our home with a private entrance through our beautiful backyard. Enjoy your favorite shows in the theater room and the kitchenette equipped with a hot plate, microwave, and minifridge. We just had our little one last year. While we strive to maintain peace, you might hear the joyful sounds of baby giggles or soft footsteps now and then during the day.

Marvelous Guest Suite Shoreline with Parking
Enjoy Shoreline while staying in our private guest suite! You will enjoy the privacy of this suite. There is a private entrance and reserved parking is within steps of your door. We are the main residents with the suite on the ground floor of our townhouse. It is a 5-10 min walk to the 185th Light rail station. (Refer to other details to note for specifics). If you need recommendations for restaurants or other fun activities please do not hesitate to ask me.

Guests of all backgrounds are welcome. Please note the loft height is low and not ideal for those with limited mobility.
