The Old Dairy, a rural Norfolk hideaway

For over a hundred years, this characterful old dairy was where the cows were milked at Hawthorn Farm. Sympathetically and luxuriously converted into a two-bedroom cottage in 2017, it is self-contained and completely detached. Inside, original walls, beams and vaulted ceilings give it a spacious, airy feel. It has its own fully-equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a large shower, WC and basin. This is a classic early 1970s studio city apartment ( of approx 38 square metres) for 1 or 2 people that could not be more central ; perfect for exploring the old streets of Norwich. Once inside the apartment you have views of the old city skyline. There is a communal garden and all the comforts indoors that you need. *NB the sleeping area is in the Eaves and is approached via a proper but narrow staircase. Head height is fine in the centre over 6 feet( see photos). Car parking nearby.

This is a private studio flat with en-suite bathroom and kitchen on the second floor of our central house. It is newly renovated with brand new appliences. This self-contained studio has a kitchen, mini fridge, glass stove, mini oven, microwave, toaster, slow cooker and a kettle. The studio has a Hemnes Ikea bed that can be setup as a single or king size bed upon request. We can accommodate a third guest on a convertible two-seater.
