We can only recommend this place - we will be back! Annie has been a great host who provides us with all the necessary information in advance and shortly before departure and quickly during the stay with questions responded. We liked the apartment very much, location on the 14th floor was great! Very tasteful interior design. The condo is highly recommended, great opportunities to relax with gym, sauna and especially the mega roof top pool!!! It was awesome! Very friendly staff, right across the street is a 7eleven - in case you need anything. In the area there are some nice places, the night market can be easily reached in about 15 minutes on foot, the old town in about 30 minutes walk - just top location! Looking forward to our next stay with you Annie!

Gary, the host, did everything in line with me. My friend broke the check-in time and waited until late at night even though there was a problem. The accommodation was clean and like my home. I don't know if it's because I don't have the next schedule, but they adjusted the checkout time and provided me with convenience. There is a food court where you can enjoy clean local food in 5 minutes on foot, and Maya Soping Mall is also a 6-jun on foot, so it was very comfortable. Living on a rooftop is a pretty interesting experience and we enjoyed our stay here. The rooftop is pretty spacious with a lot of outdoor space to just chill and enjoy the sun and the stars. The place is in a great location for people like us that want to stay in a quiet neighborhood but still close to the Old City.

We loved staying at Jenna’s place and wish we could have been there longer. It’s very spacious, comfortable and has everything we needed including lots of personal touches and very thoughtful amenities. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

It was a place where the host was overflowing with sweetness. The location is right in front of ymca, and it's near Old Town, and the atmosphere is nice. I was worried because the rating was a little low, but I think the person who gave the low rating was just sensitive, and if you are a woman in your 30s and frequently travel to Southeast Asia, you will know that this house is very advantageous. The water pressure was weak, but it was weak compared to the very expensive Korean ones, but it was also weak compared to the Southeast Asian hotels, and this was enough and clean. Above all, the house itself was large, so I was able to stay very comfortably with my friend, and the host was very kind, so it was very nice. The house itself is clean. The host is a college graduate from New York, so he is very fluent in English, so it was good to communicate, and I was really grateful that I could find a place of this size at this price. I highly recommend it. I've stayed in other accommodations that this person runs, and I liked it, so I stayed here, but it's also good in the right season. And this host also runs a pottery workshop. Thanks to that, I was able to have a fun experience, and since the owner is a pottery workshop owner, he brought the baked pottery to the Airbnb home, so I was really, really grateful and it was a touching experience. It's quiet, atmospheric, and old, but if you're looking for a healing experience in a sensory and clean place, you'll be happy here. I'm going to do it here when I do it in a month. The host was in a very quiet place. The location is right in front of ymca, so it's nice, and the atmosphere is nice near the old town. I was a little worried about the low rating, but I think that the person who did the rating terrorism is just sensitive, and if you go to Southeast Asia often based on a woman in her 30s, you will find that this house is very good. Stunning villa, beautiful walking in the surrounding village and countryside, close enough to Chiang Mai but just far enough to feel away from the hustle of the city. 7/11 close by for all your needs, lot's of local restaurants near by. Host's really helpful and responsive. If I'm back there again I would certainly revisit.

Especially love the first floor!The creation of light and french retro furniture are simply a photographic studio!The kittens bribe with a cat strip really have a sense of lens (the studio on the first floor we live in doesn't feel crowded at all or the private bathroom ~ There is also a super spacious kitchen with all kinds of kitchen utensils and condiments, and the refrigerator and washing machine capacity are also very large for a family to rent. It should be comfortable to rent a long house ~

Very nice and tranquil place. You can hear the birds chirping in the morning and feel the sun on your face when you lay on the couch. The location is good, with most of the shops you would need in just a few minutes driving away. The place was clean and the airconditioning was good and pleasant. Overall great place to relax while still being close to the city, would stay again!

Lovely house with a lot of space, has been set up and decorated thoughtfully. It’s comfortable and very clean. The WiFi is very good. Kevin was a lovely host and responsive and helpful. The washing machine out the back is a very helpful addition. Outside of nimman and not really walkable but easy to access and quiet. We sat on the balcony listening to the birds every morning.

I loved staying here! Great location, beautiful pool, and the huge balcony was great to sit out on. One thing to note is that the unit I got did not match the pictures. Apparently, this is a condotel and you may not be assigned the one pictured and while the layout and amentities were the same the decor differed. So if this matters to you I'd clarify before booking. Other than I highly recommend. Sadly I had to cut my stay short due to a death in the family but when I return to Chiang Mai, I would stay here again

The apartment is well located and walkable to Nimman 1, maya mall.The room is well equipped and the balcony mountain view is magnificent.The homeowner was very responsive and communicative.Temporary due to late check out and house owner openly.Friendly and quiet neighborhood.Renovated during stay, working hours can be noisy, can't do it.The balcony door is screened and sealed but still can hear the airplane.But it doesn't affect my sleep.I'll come back when I get the chance. Neil was an absolutely amazing host! He showed us everything, explained all the details, and was incredibly responsive and kind. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Great view, quiet, spacious studio apartment. As stated in previous reviews there was no toilet paper, soap or drinking water - but I knew what to expect and so brought these things with me. Korvith was responsive when we had a problem with getting hot water and sent help immediately, problem fixed. The bed was comfortable … all in all, a good experience.
