The team was very helpful and immediately implemented all "deficiencies" without hesitation. For example, the safe did not work. Hui immediately got and provided a new one (although not bolted to the wall). The service was really excellent. The view from the rooftop pool in Tower A is great. Would book there again.

Panatda is a great host very responsive and friendly. The place is centrally located near restaurants and the beach. The place very comfortable and clean. The swimming pool on the 31st floor very nice and beautiful. If I get back to Pattaya, I would definitely rent this place again.

The space was clean, modern, and exactly as shown in the photos. The hosts were very responsive and kind, making sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The apartment looks just like the photos — maybe even better! Everything is arranged with love and attention to detail. The balcony offers stunning views — I watched a few sunrises and felt like I was in a movie. Check-in was super easy: follow the instructions, enter the code — done! The place is fresh, cozy, and has all you need — a nice fridge, kettle, hairdryer, washing machine, etc. There’s a pool and a 7-Eleven downstairs. On the 35th floor, the view is incredible: a balcony on the left and a little rooftop garden on the right — like a hidden gem. The location is great too: 20 min by taxi to the north, 10–15 to the center. There’s a bus station and a local fruit market nearby — honestly, I stayed here just for the mangoes! In short: a home made with care in a perfect spot. And if you want the beach — Koh Larn island is just a short trip away. Ada, thank you for your warm hospitality!

This time it was a girlfriend's birthday and everything that was prepared to set up was well arranged and helped me a lot as I'm not local and not very clear about what to buy for the setup There was a lot of arrangements at the store, and my girlfriend had a happy birthday. Problems and requests can help me solve them, thank you so much for your help Would recommend friends to stay again Although the location is more remote, the activities in the house are enough to relax and entertain The main issues are nature issues, and there are more leaves and a little mosquitoes, but they are only outdoors, not affecting indoor activities Really appreciate the help with a great place to stay.

By the sea. Beautiful property.

The good host environment is fresh and tidy, fully equipped with kitchen, minimalist decoration and nice play style in the living room. Outside boasts a large back garden where it is possible to taste tea, BBQ, chit chat or party. In the evening, I have dinner at the garden table, the cool sea breeze, and the sound of wind chimes, the sound of leaves and birds singing, I am leisurely leaning against the back of the chair. I really loved the feeling of being at one with nature, and it was so peaceful and relaxing.

We had a really wonderful time here, and at this place tucked away in a cute little neighborhood of single family homes.

I really enjoyed staying at this property. The host was very responsive which also lead to a seemless check in. If I were staying longer, I would actually rent the place. I highly recommend thus place, very clean, quiet and everything you need is on the property.

We enjoyed our stay in Billy's place. It's in a good location with a scenic view of the sea. It was helpful to have the scooter for transportation. We would stay there again.

Location is right in central, soi bukhao is next door, Central Festival mall and Walking Street is 10 minutes walk away. The condo is well hidden so free from any noise. Pool and gym are better than most hotels here. The unit is clean, modern, fully furnished and hotel standard. Highly recommended!

I really can't think the host for all the help and prompt responses ,it was a great place convenient to everything I will hopefully find another of chens places on my return trip.

It's my 7th stay in the Edge building, which to me is the best option to stay in the city. I must say that this was on of my favorite condos. The host goes the extra mile for the guests, by having water & coffee available, providing useful equipments (washer & dryer included) and creating a nice interior design. I Would definitely recommend this place!
