Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Siasconset, Nantucket

I grew up going to Cape Cod my whole childhood. Absolutely loved staying at this cottage and in this area of West Hyannis. Would recommend to anyone looking to go to the Cape.

We had such a nice time staying in this home! It was beautifully decorated and was extremely clean. We felt right at home during our visit. We had a hiccup at the start of our stay but our host was very quick responsive. I really enjoyed my stay and hope to be back

We really enjoyed the comforts of Antonio and Meghan's home as well as the location and walkability to the ocean. Nice, quiet neighborhood. The process and communication with them was easy and flowed. 5 stars all around and would highly recommend!!

Loved staying in this house! It's a very charming older house with incredible vibes, just an easy jaunt to Jetties. We will absolutely be trying to stay here in the future.

We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

Great stay! Place is in a quiet residential area, yet centrally located and easy to get places. Nice yard and hot tub was a plus (clean and good temp). We didn’t have a chance to use the fire pit, but outdoor furniture and sitting area was nice with space for everyone. House was very clean, beds comfortable. Host was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay at 260 Madaket Road was perfect. The house was walking distance to the shuttle to town. Short distance from the beach and the beautiful Nantucket sunsets. Michael was very responsive with our questions and was a great host. Would look to stay again next summer.

Stayed here for my coastal "Last Toast in the Coast" bachelorette trip and it worked out perfect! We had the best time!

location was great! very close to a shuttle to downtown and a short walk to the shuttle to the beach. outdoor shower was a hit with the group! can't beat an outdoor shower

Great price! We stayed for the weekend and had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Comfy beds and loved the outdoor patio space and shower! Would come back!

The place looks even better in real life than in the photos-very modern, well decorated, clean, GREAT LOCATION. Right in front of bike rental shop which is super convenient and the bike rental owner was also super helpful when we couldn't find the entrance. (airbnb was behind bike rental place) Only a 10 min bike ride to downtown or a 4min uber. Loved the balcony outdoor space and the views. Would stay here again if I had the opportunity. Couldn't get the dishwasher to work but wasn't a big issue because the place had so many plates and utensils we didn't need to reuse anything.

Great for families. The kids loved the indoor pool, the calm beach and the activity center (puzzles, games, other families and kids, hot dog and ice cream socials). The staff at the hotel were friendly and had lots of recommendations for things to do in the area. The room was comfortable and clean, with a kitchenette and there was a community kitchen to cook meals down the hall. Towels, lounge chairs , and daily maid service were included. Next time, I will bring eye masks as it’s very bright in the morning through the blinds and a fan to circulate the air conditioning into the bedroom. Thank you Diane for hosting us- we had a great time!

Great location! Close to downtown. Free parking for one vehicle. Chic interior and exterior—scandi style and clean aesthetic! Angela was great to collaborate with about where to go with our pup, too. Overall awesome place and lovely host!

This is a beautiful apartment; the bathroom is spectacular; the rooms are large; furniture is beautiful; the people are friendly; I highly recommend this place and will be returning next year

My group has stayed at Stephanie’s twice now and I really can’t say enough! You will not find a better spot for a big group to comfortable sleep and enough all the island has to offer. The house is beautiful with all the amenities you may need, no shortage of beds, and in a very walkable neighborhood, just a short drive to town. Stephanie is the kindest host, ready to help, and make sure you have the best stay possible. Don’t hesitate to book!

House was exactly as described and Lloyd was a very responsive and accommodating host. The house was in an amazing location, walkable to downtown for shops and restaurants. Big driveway was great for all our cars! Would recommend 10/10 and will be back! Thanks Lloyd.

We spent a relaxing week at Gabrielle’s beautiful home - mainly on the deck playing cards surrounded by beautiful vegetation. Great location with many walking paths through the woods - all of which seem to lead to the marketplace area and/or beach. The house is very nicely decorated and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was our first visit to Nantucket, and Robert‘s property was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. It was my husband and I and our three adult children, and we had plenty of room and everything that we needed, and more! We rented bikes and biked everywhere. It was also an easy walk into town as well. Thank you Robert for sharing your beautiful home with us. We will be back!

The house is extremely big, comfortable and cute. bedrooms are big, but the 1st floor bedroom definitely needs a new mattress. love the open concept of the kitchen, one thing I wish they had was a blender. Tom provided us with gallons of water which I am really thankful for it. The home was clean, beautiful backyard, quite neighborhood. Overall my family were comfortable, enjoyed our stay, and will definitely stay again.
