Holiday rentals with a patio in Siasconset, Nantucket

What a wonderful stay, thank you so much!

The pictures don't do justice to how beautiful and peaceful is place is. The ocean is right there, with little seats on the deck to listen to the waves. The apartment is very quaint and cozy, with excellent Cape decor. We enjoyed our stay immensely, highly recommend!

Perfect stay for a long weekend with our group of 4 (2 couples). Plenty of space to hang out in the common area, while each having their own bedroom and bathroom which was nice too. We didn't cook but loved the large kitchen space. Overall nice apartment and we enjoyed our stay!

Had a great stay! Host was very welcoming and responsive. Waking distance to the beach and walking/biking close to downtown. Plenty to explore!

5 Stars all around; the host is great and accommodated the stay, the unit is very clean with cool amenities like digital fireplace and light up cabana by the pool, the attractions within a mile are great Cape go-to's; beaches, classic seafood, and coastal shops. I would highly recommend this host and listing as well.

Loved the location! There were people nearby but it was quiet. Great access to walk on the sand by the water. Inside, the bed was comfortable and I found everything I needed for the one dinner I ate in. I enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the back as well. Would love to stay again.

Best spot to accommodate a girls weekend. Easy to get places from downtown to Cisco. We felt at home and house had everything you need. The host is super flexible and responsive. We loved it!

We had a lovely stay at Moira’s place. Was so convenient being steps from the wave stop to get into town and when we had questions and a request for an iron and an early check in off a red eye Moira was extremely responsive and helpful! The place was well appointed and comfortably fit 4.

We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

I had high expectations coming in, but this home exceeded them by far. The interior is spotless, the condition is great, you could see that the owners put a lot of effort into it with lots of nice little touches to improve utility and aesthetics. Eugeniya was super helpful the entire time, she and Rudy are awesome hosts. I want to point out that the location is also very nice. We liked the town, the restaurants, the beach (15-20 minutes drive), Mashpee Commons. Santuit pond is wonderful and provides some nice fishing spots. The big pleasant surprise was the Santuit Pond Reserve, it’s in walking distance and provides tons of great hiking opportunities. There are many other attractions nearby, I recommend visiting Heritage Museums & Gardens in Sandwich (20 minutes away). Overall we had the best time, I highly recommend this place!

This is an absolutely beautiful rental and location. Cleanest, most pristine location we have been to. Appliances and bathrooms are glimmering. Host is immediately responsive and kind. 10 out of 10 in all respects.

We loved the house. It was perfect for our family wedding at the Pelham House. Would love to come back again.

Our week on the Cape was so restorative. This was a cozy stay with a comfortable bed. We ended up sleeping in most days because we were so comfortable. The heating system and fireplace added to the cozy cabin feel. Well-stocked with linens, towels, and tp/paper towels. A variety of board games were available and we had a game night. Hard to believe I've been with my husband over 9 years and didn't know he never played Yahtzee. A coffee machine, electric kettle, and air fryer were available for use. There is also a dishwasher and stove. Leah checked on us during our journey to make sure we got in okay and recommended some great food options. Dennisport is a great central location for traveling around the Cape. Brax Landing, Grumpy's, and City Tap were among our favorites.

It is the most well equipped rental we have ever stayed in, all furniture very comfortable and convenient. We would definitely recommend

Great place! Thank you! Bits was super responsive and helpful when I arrived and had an issue with the WiFi. After trying to troubleshot via messaging, she arrived at the house and fixed it immediately. Great stat!

Kimberly’s place is a great place to stay that’s still reasonably priced for Nantucket. It was very clean and well stocked. The condo pool was great for the kids. We would rent this again.

Had to call maintenance for a couple of reasons but responded quickly.

The small newly renovated Airbnb was perfect for my sister and I trip to Cape Cod. Very clean and had everything you needed to get a good nights sleep at the end of a Long Beach and adventure day. Definitely extremely well priced. Would stay again!

We stayed at Stephanie ‘s place last summer and had a blast. We returned this summer to continue our new Cape Cod tradition. Stephanie was very responsive and friendly and we had a great stay. You can’t beat the location with the beach just down the street. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back again next year!
