Seaside accommodation, renovated March '18,built on hilltop 50m above the sea. Away from the heat and crowded center, yet close enought to visit, this apartment is situated on the beautiful north coast of Corfu(35 km)in a quiet village called Astrakeri. Mix of modern and traditional aesthetics with wood ceilings on the inside and a terrace made of stone outside as main materials. Amazing view with Ionian sea insight. The beach is within 2 minutes walking distance(80 m).
“We had a wonderful time at Astrakeri Beach House. The apartment is lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need. The absolute highlight is the surrounded and very well maintained property with many olive trees and pets and the wonderful view directly on the sea, for example, if you step out of the door in the morning. Joakim was always at our side for any questions and his parents (the direct neighbors) have supplied us every day with Greek specialties from their own garden and let nothing lack. The stay here was a wonderful authentic experience and you can only recommend this place.”
Ideal beautifully landscaped space for two people, flanked by a blooming garden with panoramic views and direct access to the pool and tavern area.
“Fabulous place to stay. Stunning views, very clean and great staff. We stayied in the room, so I assume that the villas are amazing. The food in the restaurant was really good, and they kindly opened up for us as it was actually closed for the season. Lovely village within a couple of minutes walk. Highly recommend Sokraki Villas.”
Our small family block,is situated 300m from the beautiful sandy beach of Agios Georgios-Pagi.Six studios for 2 persons(availability of an extra bed or baby-booth for 3)with kitchen, bathroom, private balcony, all on 1st floor.
“It's a great location, being only 5 minutes' walk to the beach; a cosy, well-appointed little apartment with a particularly neat shower facility. Everything you need for your stay can be found in the amazing shop ['Bios'] downstairs, run by the effusive and enthusiastic Spiros, who is Athina's husband. He proved to be a warm-hearted and friendly co-host, giving us a plenty of tips for places to visit. We also had a nice welcome package in the chalet-style apartment - a bowl of fruit, snacks and a bottle of water for the weary travellers! Also downstairs is Jenny and George's wonderful little cafe/bar serving great coffees, fresh lemonade, juices, sandwiches and pastries, so you really are in the middle of a vibrant village 'hub'. If you want a lie-in, you might like to consider ear-plugs or to close the glass door onto the front balcony. There is a decent a/c unit to help cool you down on hot nights. And the balcony is a very nice place to hang out in the early morning or late evening. The green bus to/from Corfu City stops right opposite, so it couldn't be more convenient for a stay in Agios Georgios Pagi. The warm welcome extended to us by Athina, Spiros, Jenny and George made us feel like old friends at the end of our visit!”
