Mr.Hamada is an amazing host and quick responder .This is very nice apartment everything was very clean kitchen,bathrooms and bedrooms. Furniture and machines are all new. Really amazing location in front of the sea. Mr.Hamada is very gentle and helpful. sea view in 10th floor is wonderful. Highly recommended this apartment it is nearby from all restaurants, cafes, shopping areas. I will definitely be back soon!

Overall it was a great experience, we spent a night there and it was very convenient. The host adjusted very well to our check-in time needs. The house was clean and ready to welcome us, with an amazing view. Some basic amenities were missing, like towels, soap and tissues, but that was just a minor inconvenience.

Karim’s property is the right place to explore Alexandria. It’s clean, well furnished and huge. I recommend this place for every one needs to enjoy a vacation.

Great location, right on the sea with a wonderful view from the balcony. Lots of space. Rooms and bathrooms were tidy and clean. The staff in the building were very helpful and nice.

Our host was truly excellent! Very responsive on any questions we had and provided a comfortable stay while we adventured around Alexandria. I would highly recommend stay with Ngm!

Wael is a very nice host. He was like a father for me : asking me if I need something, here when i needed, always communicating with me, finding the beat price for transportation, finding best place to eat... It was very nice to stay at his place. The place is safe, clean, quiet and the view is wonderful. People around are also very wel 9ming and the guard of the building and his son are very nice !It was a real pleasure to stay and I highly recommend this place. Thank you very much Wael !

Great place with adorable side view as in the photos exactly, helpful and kind host who facilitate everything to check in in less than 1 hr in a very short notice, appreciated a lot, if u r going there in a business trip or having some work to do online within ur stay u can arrange the Wi-Fi activation with the owner or get into so many sea view cafes under the building which have Wi-Fi, the stay was amazing the place is in very active area but once u close the window it’s quieter than a hospital everything is a available the building itself has so many facilities which u will enjoy during your stay as it’s kinda hotel apartment

Unforgettable Family Stay at Abu Talat Villa, Alexandria Our stay at this beautiful villa was truly memorable. With breathtaking beach and sunset views, and set in a quiet, peaceful area, it was the perfect escape. We were a family of 15, and the spacious villa accommodated us comfortably. The pool was clean, and the open layout made it ideal for quality time together. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay by a day and made lifelong memories, swimming, laughing, watching sunsets, and exploring. Host Tanya was very responsive and gave us clear instructions. She put us in touch with Mustafa, the caretaker, who guided us in accessing the villa (a bit tricky at first). Mustafa and his wonderful family welcomed us warmly and shared great tips for transport, shopping, and food. It was one of our best trips ever. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable stay in Alexandria.

wonderful apartment and host! the apartment is spacious and has everything you might need from appliances to toiletries. the host was super helpful and friendly during check in. we were just 2 people but it would be perfect for 2 couples. the location and view from the balcony are priceless. safety provided by the two gaurds and concierge at the building lobby is great. the building's lobby was being renovated during our stay and already we can tell it will be top notch. will definitely stay again with Dr. Aly

I had a lovely stay at this apartment in Alexandria! The view of the sea from the balcony was absolutely stunning—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a relaxing evening. The location is excellent, right next to popular streets filled with cafes, restaurants, and shops. It was easy to get around and explore the city. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short stay WIFI, SHOWER, LAUNDRY, DRYING RACK . THANK YOU!!!! will definitely book again while coming back here .

It’s a gorgeous apartment. Clean with so nice decoration and art works. It’s like a small museum. I’ve never stayed in a place with such beauty everywhere. Inside and outside. An amazing sea view. Full sea view from all rooms. The building is so convenient. There is a big Supermarket in the building, lots of restaurant in the building and around. Parking was available as well. Osama, Noura/Hala were doing everything they can to make it a great stay. I will only go to that place in Alexandria.

A very much pleasant stay here

Cosy little flat that’s only a short walking distance from the beach and Montazah Palace. You feel in the heart of buzzing and lively Egyptian surroundings . Osama is very helpful and responsive.

Nice appartment in the middle of everything, just right in the front of the mediterrainian sea. If you like it silent, there is direct the main street in front of the balcony, so always something happening. Otherwise, good appartment and worth the money.

Karim was very responsive during the lead up to my stay and the apartment was really nice. It offers a great view and a cool sea breeze all day long. The apartment is very spacious that could fit a large family easily. The furniture is good but the appliances were a little old. Karim promised a renovation so that my next stay will be even more enjoyable. The area is busy during summer but this is good because there are plenty of restaurants and cafes to go to.
