Our first apartment is ready! Vacation on the construction site is not just the headline, we continue to work in pairs in the remaining apartments until 6 pm (not every day);-). The house is very idyllically situated in the medieval water alley, which is not used by cars, in the center of Annweiler. The organic market is 5 houses away, and the market square is a 2-minute walk. Parking is located behind the house (Zwinger parking lot). On hot days, just put your legs in the Queich right outside the door.

Above the castle village of Altleiningen, between oaks and locusts, two high glass gables rise. Modern wooden construction with light-flooded rooms and panoramic views over the valley. Beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse den weitläufigen Garten genießen und dabei die Rehe in der Ferne beobachten während man die Pläne für den Tag macht, ob mit dem Fahrrad, oder dem Auto die Umgebung bietet eine üppige Auswahl an Sehenswürdigkeiten und Aktivitäten, für Naturliebhaber bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Nach einem aktivem Tag bietet das Haus die Möglichkeit in der Sauna oder im Whirlpool zu entspannen oder auf der großen Couch neben dem Kamin zu relaxen und den Abend ausklingen zu lassen.

Eingebettet in ein wunderschönes Tal im Pfälzer Wald, Nahe der südlichen Weinstraße, liegt der Modenbacher Hof, ein denkmalgeschütztes Anwesen, dessen Geschichte sich bis ins Jahr 1720 nachverfolgen lässt. Erlebt bei uns die Jahreszeiten von der Obstblüte im April bis zur Apfelernte im Oktober, die bunten Wälder im November und das ruhige Tal im Winter zum Winterwandern und Wohlfühlen am Kamin. Das Haus bietet genügend Platz für euer Famielentreffen, kleine Feiern und Gruppenurlaube.

The apartment is located in the middle of the picturesque old town of Annweiler in the immediate vicinity of historical sights and the Queich, whose gentle murmur you can listen to in bed in the evening. From the living room you have a view of the Reichsburg and access to a cozy roof terrace with a wide view over the rooftops and forest-covered hills. A large bathtub offers space to relax and due to the central location you can enjoy Palatinate cuisine at numerous restaurants.

Enjoy your stay in the historic property from 1750, which has been restored with great commitment and has received the State Monument Award. I am your hostess with a heart and look forward to great guests, including internationally. As a native Frenchwoman who grew up in the USA, I am of course also trilingual. E-bikes can be charged free of charge in the courtyard. We ourselves ride from time to time by e-bike to France, over a beautiful route with great views.

Idyllic Dahner Felsenland, excellent tourist infrastructure. New low-energy house, great layout, ground level with direct exit to the terrace, private garden and parking space. Bedroom with large box-spring bed. Spacious, well-equipped kitchen. Individual and very tasteful decor with special unique items. Quiet suburban location, center with all shops and diverse gastronomy 10 minutes walk. Conclusion: beautiful lovingly designed oasis.

Studio apartment at the "little castle"

This studio apartment is our newest addition to our little estate. It's perfect for the adventurous, especially hikers and cyclists needing a peaceful place to stay. Our 400 year old estate, originally a winemaker's estate, is located under the Saint Anna Kapella in the charming village of Burrweiler. We are located on the Southern Weinstrasse, the perfect location for hiking, cycling, wine tasting and regional culinary delights.

Great happiness with terrace, grill & view

Our great joy is a cozy 30 sqm studio apartment for two people with a 25 sqm terrace in the heart of Gleisweiler, right on the Wine Route. It features a comfortable living and sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a small bathroom. In the decor, we focused on aesthetics, coziness, and elements from the forest and region. Enjoy relaxing days with us amidst nature and let yourself be surrounded by tranquility and relaxation.
