Farmstay holiday rentals in Sierra Nevada

We had such a peaceful and memorable stay at this cabin! We rented it for our trip to Yosemite, and it was in a great location—close to town and a very convenient drive to the park. The surroundings were quiet and beautiful, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The cabin itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights for our family was spending time outdoors. My daughter especially loved being around the horses—it was such a special experience for her. And my son completely fell in love with Bear, the sweetest dog ever! We appreciated the calm, welcoming atmosphere and all the thoughtful touches throughout the space. It was the perfect place to disconnect, slow down, and enjoy nature. Highly recommend this cabin to anyone visiting Yosemite or just looking for a peaceful getaway. We’d love to come back!

I have stayed here 3 times and each time is lovely. The house is comfortable and clean and the landscape is beautiful. Didn't want to leave.

We wish we had longer than one night. It was absolutely lovely and so peaceful. Being away from the noise of San Francisco was a real blessing and we would definitely go back.

My boyfriend and I loved our stay at Christine's ranch. The cabin is very comfortable. The ranch is expansive, and as guests we were free to walk around it. Christine kindly toured us around so we could then explore on our own. The swimming hole is not yet full but we enjoyed spending a day at the river, and the natural spring hot tub is amazing. If we had more time, there's so many lakes and waterfalls and hikes to take around their area, but we'll just have to come back! PS if driving up from the Bay Area, plan on extrav1-2 hrs extra driving time in the spring and summer on the state routes due to road construction.

Had a wonderful stay and looking forward to coming back! Place was very clean with an updated bathroom and kitchen well stocked for cooking. Extremely comfortable pillows and mattress (they were on the firm side, so if you like a soft mattress, be aware). Definitely recommend, great value for the price!

Sam’s river cabin was very welcoming and peaceful. Traveled with 3 children and we all enjoyed it very much. Jerry was very sweet and showed us around. The cabin was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kids loved playing near the river and looking at all the animals. The setting was perfect for unplugging and connecting with nature. Sam was a responsive and thoughtful host. We’d definitely love to return!

We had an amazing stay at Sherry and Dan’s Barn House. The property was peaceful, private, and incredibly comfortable with everything we needed. Their hospitality was top-notch, and we really appreciated being able to have our friends join us at the property. It became the perfect starting point for our daily adventures. A highlight was a private wine tasting with some of their friends, we had a great time! Overall, one of our favorite stays, and we can’t wait to come back!

We loved our stay here! The cabin is beautiful, super well stocked, and the hosts were very helpful and flexible. The kitchen was great—such a nice space to cook and hang out in. I’d definitely recommend this spot if you’re looking for a relaxing nature getaway with friends or family. We’re looking forward to coming back in the future!

We just absolutely loved this Airbnb. We will definitely book here next time we are in town. The Longhorn on the property added a fun experience. It is just 9 minutes from downtown and 7 minutes from DAOU Vineyards which is a really nice venue.

The Bonanza Ranch was a great place to come home to after a great hike in Yosemite because it felt like home. The home was clean and very comfortable with all the amenities you would need. The home is located in a quiet area with bright sun filled rooms, game room and a a great hot tub to view the sunsets!! Also great to see wildlife in the yard. The main town is minutes away with restaurants and supermarkets and a beautiful scenic drive to Yosemite. Throughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very responsive and thrilled they shared their home with us. We will be back again.

One of the cleanest airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at! There are also so many fun things for kids to do, from an outdoor basketball court, huge pool, yard for ball games, an indoor basketball arcade game and a fun game room basement. The one thing is that when we were taking a walk outside on the road in front, five minute walk away on the other side of the train tracks there are very dangerous dogs that came running at us and encircled us barking and very aggressive. Just a warning to people about taking a walk outside, especially if you have kids, keep the fence closed!

The black barn was amazing!! Quiet and private with beautiful views of the vineyards and only 15 minutes to downtown Paso Robles. The place was exactly as pictured and has everything we needed. April’s place was very clean and we felt right at home. We also had our infant son with us and April had a pack and play already set up for us in their cute little nook off the primary bedroom. We were sad to leave and had an amazing time!

This place is awesome! It’s very private, quiet, and perfect for a family get away. It is close to Sequoia National Park and there are great coffee shops and restaurants just a short drive away. If you’re looking for a quiet family getaway, this place is perfect!

Tim and Jennifer’s place was lovely and I enjoyed my stay there. Everything was as described The fenced in yard was great for my golden retriever and the area is quite peaceful. There is a bit of road noise but I didn’t find it too disturbing at night when trying to sleep, however it may bother people that are sensitive to noise. Tim and Jennifer were great hosts and provided clear instructions. They also baked vanilla scones for us, which was a really sweet and kind gesture. I would definitely recommend and stay here again in the future!

This amazing property is well loved and it shows. We visited to rejuvenate in nauture and enjoyed every peaceful moment here. Will definitely be back! It also would be fantastic for a gathering. There is something for everyone here. The variety of amenities, from puzzles & to canoes, gives you the feeling you stocked the home... except it was easy to find the sizzors. Plenty of space to enjoy together but also catch a quiet moment. Also close towns with shops and groceries. Roomy and suitable for infirm with just one step but nnearby o downstairs shower.

Beautiful location nestled within a vineyard. Cabin was spotless and spacious. Back patio was peaceful with lush views of a rambling creek and trees. Highly recommend! Also recommend BBQ 152 in Gilroy just 5 miles away.

We picked Courtney’s house due to its location between two entrances of Yosemite. Courtney communicated with us throughout our reservation and our stay. The home was warm and inviting, had all the amenities needed, and luxurious bedding!! We were on a tour of California with our daughter, our granddaughter and of course my husband, and we were celebrating 3 milestone birthdays. Upon arrival we found cupcakes from a local bakery along with the nicest note left wishing us the best on celebrating with this beautiful trip!! Now that is how to kick off a trip!! This was our second visit to Lee Ann’s home. This time we were able to appreciate the lush summer vineyards, afternoon breezes, and even picked a few apricots. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful views and the peace and quiet of the countryside.

What a wonderful place to spend some time in peace and relaxation . I plan on heading back again.

The cabin is beautiful. It looks just like the pictures. Peaceful, clean, and convenient location for visiting Yosemite. Host is responsive and friendly. Had a wonderful stay and hope to be back someday!
