We had a wonderful stay at Casey’s place! The location was perfect and peaceful. The space was clean, cozy, and had all the essentials. Casey was a responsive and helpful host, making check-in and check-out super easy. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Chris was extremely friendly and responsive. We came across a couple of issues during our stay and he went above and beyond to try to address them. Location is peaceful, cabin is spacious, appliances work well and the kitchen has everything you need to cook for a family. Beds comfortable, love the reading nook that has great book options, hot tub works great as well. We weren’t lucky enough to see deer in the yard, but came across a couple during exploration nearby. Lots of great redwood hikes in the area.

Words cannot describe how incredible our stay was at Michael’s cabin, the tranquil surroundings were perfect to come back to after a few long days hiking and exploring Yosemite, which is a nice 1 hour drive from the cabin. Star gazing in the jacuzzi at night was the perfect touch on an already amazing trip. Michael was very responsive and friendly, he answered any questions we had and made us feel right at home. Can’t recommend this place enough!

The house was amazing. Everyday was enjoyable. With the outdoor theatre and hot tub. The place is perfect to relax with all the greenery surrounding it. It was a much needed staycation for me and my wife. With such amazing facilities everything was perfect. It had everything we needed the kitchen was well stocked with pots pans. Thank you, for a great stay!

Had a great trip! This place provided the perfect oasis for a quick weekend getaway near Lake Isabella. All amenities included were working and Sharon is very responsive :)

It’s a great house in a good location for Yosemite. There’s a town close by too, which was nice. We really enjoyed it!

The Aerie is definitely a hidden gem, we had such a relaxing time. I didn’t even realize a spot like this was available and affordable in Oakland. It was definitely worth hiking up those 108 stairs. Im definitely coming back!

Wow, this place is serene! It’s quiet and peaceful and exactly what we needed to get away from the huddle and bustle of life. The cabin was charming. The shower was great. The temperature was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. The Brita water pitcher in the fridge was a great touch. The fridge kept everything very cold. The summer camp vibe is there and the scenery is beautiful. We loved daily walks by the river. It was perfect for my dogs. And at night the stars were amazing! About 90 minutes from Yosemite. About 15 minutes from all the stores/grocery you could need. We’d visit again for sure. Thank you for hosting us!

Better than anticipated. The description mentions a stream, but doesn't do justice to just how beautiful and idyllic it is. We spent hours lounging in the deck chairs at the edge of the stream in perfect privacy, enjoying the trees and butterflies and the sound of water. The hot tub is relatively small but great for two. The kitchen is tiny -- you won't be cooking a big meal -- but perfectly adequate. Looking forward to staying here again.

We were looking for a private, rustic, yet modern weekend retreat and we found it. The setting was great and the cabin had all the indoor and outdoor amenities we were expecting, plus an expansive deck with comfortable furniture - and a helpful bug zapper!

What a lovely, relaxing, private, beautiful place. The location is a 10/10. The house is surrounded by nature - towering trees with light filtering through, the sound of birds chirping and the river running, and the peacefulness made it the perfect weekend getaway. Our favorite part was definitely the private lake access. The area was perfect for our toddler who loved playing in the bank with her sand toys. The depth of the water was ideal, and we enjoyed walking in the river and taking the kayaks up and down. There were even little fish swimming everywhere and the occasional duck floating by. We loved lounging in the outdoor chairs and just enjoying the scenery. The hot tub and game room were an added bonus. The house itself was perfect for the three of us and had everything we needed to cook all our meals. Would definitely stay here again!

We visited the Snickerdoodle for my husband's 30th birthday and had an amazing time. It was so peaceful and the wildflowers were in full bloom. We loved our first time visiting Bass Lake and appreciated the Guide book provided by Nick. It was a magical experience!

Candice is a wonderful host and her place is tranquil, pristine clean, comfy and filled with details that make you feel at home. It was super easy to find and get in with the instructions even though I arrived late. The location is right next to MDO trails is you want to enjoy a walk, hike or ride, and still quick trip into SLO. I would definitely stay here again.

It’s a beautiful home that offered the private atmosphere we so desperately needed. Stargazing was amazing here, and the fresh air was very healing. This place truly allowed us to destress and decompress in the way we needed to, and I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location. Close to Yosemite. The house was great. A couple minor superficial blemishes - screen falling out of window, screen door off track, but nothing that was ever an issue. Only communication from host was automated messages about check in and check out. Never responded to my messages alerting them of screen etc. Overall, my family and I had a great time.

We really enjoyed our stay at this spacious clean welcoming lodge with a great outdoor dining and seated area. Midpines cabin was fully equipped with everything you need. Sharon was super helpful and responsive Thanks for a great stay.

We had a fantastic stay — the views were absolutely stunning, and the location inside the park made it easy to explore without having to go through the massive gate lines. Anne was incredibly helpful with local tips and clear directions, which made check-in a breeze. A peaceful and memorable getaway!

Great cozy place in a beautiful location just a few minutes from downtown and from the lake. Hosts were extremely accommodating, and were very responsive. Would definitely return.

this was our first trip to shaver with our 3.5yr old and she absolutely loved it up there! the cabin was kid friendly and surrounded by great nature! the cabin had a great feel to it, like being home. it was a perfect spot for our 3 night getaway! Will 100% book again

This place was amazing! Private enough but not secluded to the town, close to Mount Whitney, and amazing views right in the backyard. We will definitely be back.

We had the most incredible few days here! The hot tub was incredible after long days of hiking. On the last night, we had a little bonfire on the water and stargazed as the fire died out. It was perfect. We also loved watching the lizards, hummingbirds, and squirrels play outside while we sat in the reading nook!
