Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Signal Hill

The house was perfect for my son and his GF's visit. Good coffee and beach towels were nice touch.

Adorable little house in a quiet neighborhood close to great coffee shops and restaurants, we enjoyed walking around the area. Home is very well maintained, pristinely clean and welcoming. Thanks for making our short trip to Long Beach even more enjoyable.

Anthony & his wife made everything super easy. The neighborhood is nice, the house is super cute, perfect size for a family of 5 or less or a get together. The check in and check out are at perfect times as well which was super nice. My only complaint is definitely needs to update the picture and ads, my boyfriends little brother was supposed to stay on the “futon” but come to find out it was completely different furniture in the living room and the couch wasn’t the best to sleep on he said. And the Tv 📺 as soon as you open the door is a bit dangerous/skeptical just cause all it takes it once accident with the door and the tv will be broke! Other than that I would recommend the place a million times! Super beautiful , hosts are super sweet made everything a breeze , and they even are animal friendly even though we didn’t bring our dog it was still awesome to have the option! My boys and I had a great time at Jaesen’s we didn’t want to leave! The house was accommodating for us and I enjoyed the back patio! Overall we enjoyed our time and would definitely rent again! FYI move your car for street sweeping days 😂😂 or you will get a fine! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Michael’s place was the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed at. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Los Angeles. The house is up on a hill, so you have an amazing view of LA. His place is very clean, and the beds are super comfortable! I also loved the unique design of the house; it is architecturally stunning.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Tarik’s Airbnb. It truly felt like a home away from home. Tarik was very responsive, flexible, and professional throughout the entire process, even when a small hiccup occurred on my end. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect for my group, and the patio speakers were a great bonus. Beds were comfortable, and the space was totally worth the price. Thank you again for having me, Tarik!

Laura’s place was extremely clean and well decorated. There were plenty of supplies including towels, kitchen dishes and cookware, as well as special postcards and a gift soap. We enjoyed most of our time in the beautiful backyard with a fire pit, seating area, and table. The neighborhood was wonderful and we enjoyed a nice walk around the area.

Great place to call home for the week. Close to everything we needed, spotless, and had everything we needed.. We were in town for food allergy treatments nearby and having a full kitchen is necessary when traveling - we didn't have to buy anything extra aside from our groceries. Convenient parking spot, quiet, and did I mention CLEAN?! 👌🏼

This place was exactly as advertised. We spent hours sitting outside in the yard relaxing during our stay which is exactly what we'd hoped for. The location was perfect: right near the beach and restaurants but in a quiet community. I'd love to stay here again.

We LOVED LOVED LOVED Elizabeth’s place soooooo much!!! We were completely wow’s by her accommodation & hosting. She brought us extra fruit on top of providing us with breakfast with all fixings you could possibly ask for our entire trip. Her coffee was delicious & the tea selection was incredible. She even left us a cooler of drinks & delicious snacks after we went to the football game nearby at the Rose Bowl. My girlfriend & I have stayed at over one-hundred Airbnbs combined & Elizabeth was by far the best host we have ever had. We felt so at home with her lovely decor, comfortable amenities, & safe surroundings. This was an airbnb experience we will always cherish & never forget. We hope to be back soon. Thank you so much Elizabeth for everything. We cannot stop talking about your place to our friends, family, uber drivers, ect ect. Your kindness & attention to detail is unmatched. Love John & Fabi

This was our 1st Airbnb and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The place was so nice and felt home-y. The host was so nice and responsive to all my questions during our stay. We hope to stay longer next year

Jan and Dale's place felt like home. When we arrived we had a nice surprise from them, snacks, a bottle of wine and fresh flowers. The neighborhood felt friendly and it was a 5 minute drive from the beach. They exceeded our expectations and we hope to return soon!

We had a great time here! Easy to get to and we got lucky with the parking. Being so close to the beach usually has parking issues but it was not bad. It was clean and the perfect size. Appreciate the coffee, sugars and creamers. The windows were opened when we arrived so it was already pretty cool inside and only used the ceiling fans at night. It’s a very quiet area so we slept great in the very comfortable bed. Very happy to have all the beach necessities there. That was one of the reasons I chose this home. Loved having the kayaks to go around the bay looking at all the pretty beach homes. Just steps to the bay and the beach on the other side. Walking on the beach and then watching the sun set was beautiful. Would totally stay there again. Thank you John.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the host was very helpful with getting us parked and settled in. Uber and Lyft was running all the time and it’s 10-15$ to uber to the venues nearby. We really enjoyed our stay! Definitely will be coming back when we are planning a trip to LA for a concert.

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Giselle and Ali are amazing hosts and we always enjoy our stay in their beautiful unit :) We’d definitely visit again soon!

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

I had a fantastic stay at Tianna's place. It was exactly like the pictures, right on the main street with easy access to public transport to Santa Monica beach. Parking space was a big bonus. Tianna was extremely friendly and responsive, and the house was fully stocked with anything you could need, from complementary drinks and coffee, to toiletries. 10/10 would recommend.

Once again, Shant's place was the perfect stay! He communicates quickly, and keeps the place very clean. The rooftop pool is beautiful and relaxing! Bed is super comfortable! Having security at the entrance makes things feel extra safe! And you can't beat the free parking!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Oksana’s place! It was very clean and as described. Check-in and check-out was easy and the instructions were clear. Parking can be tough, but we got really lucky and got a spot right in front of the building. We decided to uber to places if needed for the remainder of our trip. That worked out smoothly and didn’t have to worry about getting places or finding parking when returning. Overall, very nice place and would recommend!

This location is a serious Long Beach GEM✨Great location, great view, beautiful space, clean bathroom/kitchen, killer coffee spot right downstairs, close to nightlife. What more could you ask for? Don't think -- just book it!💓
