Ein schönes Haus mit tollem Pool und einem sehr schönen Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Mithilfe der von Monica übermittelten Koordinaten und Googlemaps haben wir das Haus leicht gefunden. Wir kamen in der Nacht an und die Fahrt mit dem Auto zur Wohnanlage, in der sich das Haus befindet, war etwas abenteuerlich, da es die Tage vorher und auch bei unserer Ankunft regnete und die Umgebung sehr dunkel war. Hat aber alles geklappt. Die Kommunikation mit Monica war einwandfrei und sie war sehr hilfsbereit. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind mit Auto innerhalb von ca. 15 minuten gut zu erreichen. Uns hat es gut gefallen, trotz etwas Pech mit dem Wetter. Aber nach 3 Tagen regnen wurde das Wetter schöner und wor konnten Kalabrien erkunden. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Tout est réunis pour passer un excellent séjour en famille ou entre amis: -La villa est très spacieuse, confortable, propre et bien équipée. -Le jardin est magnifique et très bien entretenu. -La Piscine privée, le jacuzzi, la vue panoramique sur la campagne montagneuse et le château médiéval de Squillace offrent un cadre douillet et relaxant. -La cote et les plages aux alentours sont très belles, les restaurants typiques. Et Martina et Thomas, par leurs conseils et leur bienveillance, porteront une attention particulière pour que ce moment reste spécial pour vous.

This was an exceptional stay in Calabria for me and my family. The villa is exactly as it seems. It is likely the nicest AirBNB that one will ever find in Calabria. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Rino & Caterina were available 24/7 to help us, we had daily cleaning service, and Gianni was our driver at a moment's notice anywhere we wanted to go, from Soverato to Tropea. We had a birthday party for 50 of our extended cousins and it worked out perfectly. The extra costs we paid (use of the van, daily cleaning, driving, and pool heating) were extremely fair and reasonable. Biggest tips -- have the pool heated even in June, and have the ladies come for daily cleaning - truly made it feel like a 5 star resort. Davide deserves tremendous credit for building such a special place in such a beautiful place in Calabria.

Traumurlaub! Die Wohnung ist schön – die Küche gut ausgestattet. Große Terrasse mit Draußen-Essbereich unter einem Pavillon und Grill. Der Pool war toll für die Kinder, außerdem gibt es noch einen Whirlpool. Luisa war unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben Obst, Gemüse und Eier von den Hühnern aus dem Garten bekommen – alles schmeckt wahnsinnig gut und wir haben uns wie im Schlaraffenland gefühlt. Supermärkte und viele Restaurants sind nicht weit und mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Die Umgebung und die vielen Strände waren atemberaubend und schön leer. Die Jahreszeit und das Wetter waren perfekt, besonders für Familien, denn das Meer ist im Oktober noch warm. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und wären gerne noch länger geblieben.

Francesco e Guido ci hanno accolto calorosamente e si sono assicurati che il nostro soggiorno proseguisse al meglio. Abbiamo alloggiato 17 notti nel mese di agosto. Il posto è bellissimo, curatissimo e molto tranquillo. Un posto di altri tempi curato con estremo gusto. La casa ha un bellissimo patio dove poter fare belle cene e la piscina è uno spazio fantastico quando si vuole rilassarsi. Il mare è molto vicino e offre un’ampia spiaggia libera (senza servizi), ma volendo nei dintorni si trovani spazi attrezzati. Per raggiungere la casa c’è uno sterrato da percorrere con attenzione, ma assolutamente fattibile.

This place is a gem!!! Includes an adorable home with multiple outdoor dining areas, pool (shared between a couple of villas), and a stunning private beach (down 400 steps but well worth it!). Our mixed age group (2 year old, 92 year old and 3 adults) absolutely loved it! Was a beautiful escape and felt like we were getting a taste of the region. We loved spending time at the pool and cooking in the kitchen. For those who may have trouble with stairs - one bedroom is ground floor, two are upstairs. It is only a few minutes drive from some great restaurants, and 20 minute drive to Tropea. Definitely recommend having a car if you stay here.

Highly recommended for people who expect privacy. It’s a modest but Clean and comfortable apartment. All things in descrption were found inside although it takes a bit time to guess for example how to turn on THE washing machine ,THE oven or warm Water. Instructions from Valentina are however clean. You can chill outside with beautiful view of perfectly maintained garden and sea view . THE biggest plus is also Access to beautiful pool, water is clean and its pretty big, circa 18 metres of length. Valentina is very caring person and despite not being present in Calabria , she gives all details about check in, house rules , places to visit, where to eat or buy local cheese. That was very helpful for us and I’m sure without her tips we would be unaware of many things around.

Our host Emanuele gave us a lovely, friendly welcome. In fact his other family members (who live in the adjacent property) were also very welcoming. The house was very comfortable with lovely sea views and a cooling breeze. The air conditioning in the bedrooms also worked really well. (It was very hot when we visited in early August). Any minor points we drew to Emanuele's attention were quickly dealt with. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. He was able to give us great recommendations for beaches and nice restaurants to visit. We especially enjoyed the lovely terrace with pool. Great to have three bathrooms plus an outdoor shower by the pool. We were made to feel very at home and at ease. Many thanks to the lovely Stranges family for their warm welcome on our first visit to Calabria. (Definitely not our last!). We will especially miss their wee dog Lucky... ;-)

Het is een prachtig verblijf met een rustig privé strand. De omgeving is ook erg rustig. Fijne locatie voor als je privacy wilt, maar toch niet op genieten van de luxe. Maar zeker ook aan te raden met een gezin. Erg overzichtelijk. Het water aan het strand is helderblauw. We voelden ons erg fijn in het huisje!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Casa Margherita sehr genossen! Louise und Lino sind tolle Gastgeber, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und eine traumhafte Woche verbracht. Das Haus befindet sich in einer netten ruhigen Umgebung, ist sehr privat und liegt in einem wunderschönen gepflegten Garten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Der Balkon bietet eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer mit traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen. Die Möglichkeit das Auto in der eigenen Garage zu parken ist gold wert - ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zum Aperitivo nach Tropea, dem Fischerstädtchen Chianalea di Scilla oder zum Capo Vaticano mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht von der Straße von Messina bis zu den eolischen Inseln. Die meiste Zeit haben wir aber einfach in Pargehlia verbracht: Der Strand ist traumhaft und die familienbetriebene Strandbar bietet leckere Mittagsgerichte. Danke Louise und Lino für die tolle Zeit bei Euch - wir kommen gerne wieder !

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist ein Traum. Leben am Meer. Im Grunde braucht man nur eine Badehose im Koffer mehr nicht. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht inkl. Klima. Die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen hat aber alles was man benötigt. Man wohnt direkt neben Salvatore der einem bei Bedarf immer zur Seite steht. Direkt neben dem Hausstrand ist noch ein bewirtschafteter Strandabschnitt. Es war ein Traumurlaub für uns.

Adriano was realy helpful, he drove us to the train so we did not have to carry our bags. The appartment is located in the center, close to everything. And the view from the appartments is absolut wonderful.

We had a lovely stay! The home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive and friendly. The space had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. As there are people upstairs and downstairs, we had to be quiet (I have 2 children under the age of 2), if you have children just be mindful before booking as you will be reminded to keep it down. You will also need to take bedding off and bins outside yourself at the end of your stay. One thing to keep in mind: the location is quiet seaside village style. It’s a peaceful and quiet area, which we appreciated, but taxis and ride-shares were hard to come by. If you’re planning to stay here, having your own car or arranging transportation in advance is a good idea. We made friends with locals who helped us out with ride shares. Overall, a great experience — especially if you’re looking for a quiet retreat and don’t mind being a little outside the city center!

Wir haben im Schatten der Pinien Ruhe gefunden, das Boccia Spielen für uns entdeckt, leckeres Gemüse aus dem Garten gegessen, den Weitblick auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang genossen. Am Ende zeigte sich majestätisch der Stromboli, viel größer als gedacht. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir haben großen Respekt vor der vielen Arbeit die hinter der Unterhaltung dieses kleinen Garten Eden steht. Nicht zu vergessen den Prosecco und den vorzüglichen Espresso zur Begrüßung. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía, el alojamiento cuenta con lo necesario para un buen descanso, muy bien ubicado para llegar tanto a la playa como el centro histórico. El recibimiento con dulces caseros hechos por la anfitriona fueron un lindo detalle. Gracias por todo!!

Simona, Valentina, and her adorable son are wonderful hosts! The apartment is situated in a great location for visiting Tropea, Pizzo, Capo Vaticano and more. We were greeted with smiles and joy just lovely all around. Simona left us Prosecco, fruits from her garden, coffee and more. Il sig .Salvatore brava è molto disponibile alloggio molto bello con una vista sul mare stupenda ci siamo trovati veramente bene

Schöne zeitgemäß sanierte, ruhige, saubere und geräumige Wohnung (Bad kleiner) in einem alten Gebäude in der Altstadt, gut zu Fuß erreichbar und nicht weit von der Piazza, Restaurants und den Stränden entfernt. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten (Parcheggio Pitaro) ca. 5min zu Fuß bis zur Wohnung, am Wochenende nur über die Contrada da la Parrera fahren, da die direkte Einfahrt gesperrt war. Herzlicher Empfang von Rina und die Kommunikation mit Giulia war sehr gut. Kleiner Balkon mit herrlichem Ausblick, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung stillvoll, einfach völlig ausreichend. In Pizzo gab es jeden Tag was neues zu entdecken und es ist ein idealer Standort für weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten in Kalabrien. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen. Herzlichen Dank an Giulia und Rina.

Ein fantastischer Ort zum Urlaub machen. Alles im Haus vorhanden was man für 6 Personen braucht. Ausreichend Platz und man fühlt sich innerhalb von Minuten Zuhause. Man braucht ein Auto um die Umgebung zu erkunden, aber auf dem Grundstück ist viel Platz auch für große Autos. Wir wollten nicht abreisen und können uns definitiv vorstellen wiederzukommen - allein schon um den zukünftigen Pool zu bewundern (der fehlte dieses Mal noch zur vollständigen 5 Sterne Bewertung - ist aber wohl in Planung).

Ampi spazi, posizione strategica, finiture e arredi minimal ma di gusto e pulizia impeccabile. Così come il rapporto con l'host. Abbiamo trascorso una fantastica settimana all'insegna di tranquillità, bei paesaggi e cibo eccellente. Ci torneremo e la consigliamo vivamente. Grazie a Luigi e famiglia

Wärmste Empfehlung für Danilos Unterkunft! Die Wohnung liegt in einem charmanten Dorf, etwa 15 Minuten von den Stränden entfernt. Besonders praktisch: Eine hervorragende Trattoria befindet sich direkt im Ort und ist bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Danilo war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr flexibel beim Check-In und hat uns persönlich empfangen – ein sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber!

Il posto è splendido! Noi siamo stati in questa villetta per una parte del nostro viaggio di nozze) La casa è intera, non è un appartamento. La terrazza con una vista fantastica era tutta solo per noi. Quindi, è molto tranquillo, in alto e vicino ci sono ristoranti dove si mangia da Dio! A casa c'è di tutto, il custode di casa signor Pino è gentilissimo, qualsiasi cosa si può risolvere con lui. Ci ha trovato anche il dentista per il mio marito, che in primi giorni come l'uomo sposato aveva problemi con il dente))) C'è anche il giardino dove ho trovato qualche limone e sono buonissimi! Il mare li è stupendo! A volte cambia il colore e diventa fosforescente, è bellissimo da vederlo e anche da sopra si vede perfettamente e si sente il rumore del mare! Vedere I tramonti da casa è molto romantico! Il posto è da tornare e da consigliare!

Paolo, col l’aiuto di Stefania, sono stati ospiti impeccabili. Gentili e ospitali nell’accoglienza, ci hanno fatto trovare un alloggio in condizioni perfette dosato di ogni genere di comfort. La casa sorge su un’altura, ad un paio di km dalla rete viaria principale. È indispensabile essere muniti di macchina per raggiungerla. La realtà è migliore delle foto! Indimenticabile veranda esterna dove cenare e trascorrere del tempo in serenità guardando il mare. Gli spazi interni sono ampi e ben arredati. Ci siamo sentiti a casa!
