Really affordable and the place was so clean. Host was super friendly, they even adjusted to tone themselves down, because I was working every night. I had so much inquiries and even bothered them to look for frozen stuff and asked if may available sila na water gallon. But they did it and answered me, amazingly. though, I would recommend to have a dish scrub or sponge. (Nahirapan ako mag hugas hehe) but overall, if you're looking somewhere na peaceful and malayo sa city, it's the place to-go. Plus, nalaman ko na may small 7/11 pala sa street—and pauwi nako nun. huhu. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Highly Recommended! Very accessible to Dumanggas Port and Public Market hihihi. Malinis din ang place and has complete set of appliances and other stuff you need to have a comfortable stay. Jay's place was a 10/10! The place was easy to find, safe and was greeted by Jay's caretaker. Ate Leah was very nice and approachable. The place was clean, clutter free and very spacious. Jay responded to my questions and enquiries very well and in a timely manner. Big stocks of bathroom stuffs and kitchen condiments were a bonus. I enjoyed our stay at Jay's place and the place was really beautiful!

It was a great stay, upon our late arrival there were no hustle for the key has a secured key box. Then, upon entering the villa the ambiance was good that it feels like home. Despite the short stay we enjoyed comfortably the accommodation. We did not expect that the villa has a complete appliances, we even brought our own thinking that it was not included. A two thumbs-up to Francisco's Residences for a great stay at the Little Villa 1. Worth recommending to my friends and family.

This was my second time booking with John, and once again, everything was great. My mom, brother, and her two kids had a wonderful stay. The place was clean, comfy, and exactly as described. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully prepared for the guests. They felt right at home, and we truly appreciate the consistency and care that goes into this place. We’ll definitely be booking again in the future!

Check-in and check-out was a breeze at Andy’s place. The guards were also really helpful in giving directions & assisting with our luggage. The location was also convenient as it took only 10-15 mins to get into the city. Overall a pleasant stay! Thank you for sharing your place with us, Andy!

It was an easy check in. No hassle. Quincy and the rest of the team was very proactive and sorted the parking there and then. It was a prime spot too. I had no issues with the bnb. It was easy to find and seamless.

The place was spacious and clean and the hosts even gave snacks and a welcome card.

Jan’s place was the perfect place for my friends and I’s get together! The place looked exactly like the photos, it was really clean, and easy to find! The room was also really spacious and was big enough for the three of us. Jan also gave clear instructions before the self check-in and Miss Sherill, our contact person was also really helpful and responsive to our inquiries and requests. They were both really accommodating. Would definitely book this place again and would recommend it to my friends.

the location of the condo is close to everything. It is best when you want to explore bacolod's downtown area. The place is clean, well kept and very functional. The host is very responsive and helpful.

Had a wonderful stay at this unit. Clean room, bathroom and clean sheets. Had problem with WiFi but it was resolved right away. Host is responsive with messages sent. The only thing that is very noticeable, the smoke alarms in nearby units keeps going off when someone is cooking inside their units. This made us not cook inside the unit to avoid setting off the smoke alarms. Otherwise, the stay was very pleasant.

We stayed at Jo Ann's place for a couple of days, and everything went smoothly. It's very easy to check in and check out, and the host is very proactive and responsive. The place is close to restaurants, atm's, convenience stores, a mall, and you can walk to the art district.
