Her şey çok güzeldi. Sakinlik içinde bir tatil geçirdik. Evleri çok güzel hazırlamışlar ve mahremiyete aşırı saygı vardı. Kesinlikle yeniden gidilecek bir yer.

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Eşimle 1 gece kaldık, Fatih bey her konuda yardımcı oldu bize, her yer temiz ve düzenliydi, havuzun sıcaklığı gayet iyiydi sabah kahvaltısı iki kişi için oldukça yeterliydi, bu tarz yerlerde genelde hijyenle alakalı sorunlar yaşanır ama her yer pırıl pırıldı hamile olduğumdan fazla dikkatliydik belki de, akşam yemeği için arabayla 2 dakikalık mesafede dükkanlar var, biz et alıp bahçede mangal yapmayı tercih ettik Fatih beyin tavsiyesi üzerine iyiki de öyle yapmışız çok keyifli vakit geçirdik ev sahibi sabah zil ile uyandırıp kahvaltıyı getirdi daha önce kaldığımız bungalovda direkt bahçeye girmişlerdi burada mahremiyetinize saygıları var, her şey fotoğraflardaki gibiydi ve sorunsuz çalışıyordu klima,odun şöminesi,mangal,duş,sıcak su,projeksiyon ,her şey harikaydı kısacası biz çok memnun kaldık fiyat olarak da diğer kıyaslara nazaran daha uygundu yine tercih edeceğimiz bir yer oldu , tek önerim giderken terlik götürmeniz, daha rahat edersiniz. We had such a great time staying at this villa! It was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The view was incredible. But honestly, what made the experience even better was our host, Fatih. He was so friendly and welcoming from the start, and always made sure we were comfortable. Anytime we had a question or needed help, he was just a message away and happy to assist. You can really tell he cares about his guests. Would absolutely recommend staying here—huge thanks to Fatih for being such a great host!

Ahmet beyin ilgi alakası kesinlikle üst düzeyde oldu. Evin konumu gerçekten İstanbul da bulabileceğiniz en iyi yerlerden olabilir. Tertemiz bir ev harika bi bahçe keyfi oldu bize. Yine tercih edeceğiz kesinlikle

Ulaştığımızda ev tertemiz ve düzenliydi ve Uğur bey bizi evde bekliyordu. Çok güzel bi konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Her türlü sorumuza anında cevap alabildik. Tekrar gitmeyi isteyeceğimiz bi evdi. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

Tugkan is very responsive and friendly. he was always there to help us and give us jnstructions. pros: nice apartement, with all the amenities that work perfectely. kitchen is well equiped for cooking for 6 7 people and washing mashine and dish washing machines are making everything very easy. Tugkan himself is very responsive and helpful. cons: the public transportation access is really bad. so before booking, bear in mind that you may use a lot of taxis and ubers and plan for it. The streets that lead to the apartment are extremely steep, making it hard to access any public transportation. Overall it worth the money, it is reletively cheap for 7 people.

It was an amazing stay.the view in the living room was breathtaking in the morning and during the night. everything is available at the apartment. a very great location. You can find whatever you need around it. The only downside is that the elevator does not work so you will have to drag your suitcases up and bring them down. I really enjoyed my stay with my friends.

I stayed here for 6 weeks while I worked at a hospital nearby. The place is in a great location, with lots of cafes restaurants nearby. The house itself although quite small is lovely, cosy and clean. The view is amazing and the home was very well equipped for short term stays. I also felt very safe staying there as a solo female, security was great. Mehmet Selim was also very attentive and responsive. 10/10

Apartment was clean modern and looked like the photos. The host was really responsive and helpful. Being able to park in the garage was a plus

Our stay at Menti’s stunning apartment in the heart of Istanbul was pure magic! The place was impeccably clean, beautifully styled with a mix of modern and Turkish charm, and had everything we needed for a perfect trip. Menti was an absolute gem, welcoming us with warm hospitality, helping to organize transport to/from the airport and sharing insider tips on the best local spots. Waking up to the sounds of the city and sipping Turkish tea or raki on the terrace while watching the sunset was pure bliss. This place is a must-stay for anyone visiting Istanbul, and we're already planning our return. Can't recommend this Istanbul treasure enough to anyone exploring this vibrant city! A total 5 star experience all around The very best place and area to finish off our 3 weeks in Turkey Such a welcoming place to come home to after a day out exploring We had the added benefit of a rooftop terrace to enjoy our breakfast and then beer and snacks before heading out to the choice many restaurants in the area for dinner The pizzas at Pizzrotti are amazing and we had them delivered to our terrace !! Balat has it all and just a quick tram ride to the beating heart of Istanbul The apartment was so quiet The shower was amazing The beds were comfortable The kitchen was well stocked We had a gorgeous lounge to relax in An all over 5 star apartment I thoroughly recommend a stay here of at least 4 nights

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Istanbul. L'appartement est idéalement placé, dans un quartier calme et sympathique, et très proche du quartier Sultanamet, idéal donc pour les visites. La terrasse de l'appartement est un plus pour se détendre après une journée de marche. Un grand merci à Ali pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et son sourire !

We had a very nice stay. Volkan replied immediately, gave clear self check-in instructions, and there was always 'staff' nearby who could come to the apartment within 15 minutes if we needed help. When our toilet didn’t flush upon arrival, someone came to fix it right away. When our toilet paper was almost finished, we received new rolls. The apartment is brighter than it appears in the photos, thanks to two street-facing windows. I had feared it would be too dark, but that wasn’t the case. The location (New European Quarter) is great—close to Galata Tower, Taksim Square (full of restaurants and shops), and fancy hotels like the Pera Palace, where Agatha Christie wrote Murder on the Orient Express. Do note that the area is noisy both day and night, and the flat is not well insulated against sound. Streetlights prevent full darkness, even with curtains. Light sleepers may want to bring earplugs and a sleep mask. Bus, metro and train stops are 3-10 min away—leading to the 'Old city'.

Esma Hanım gercekten iyi bir ev sahibi. Konaklamamız umdugumuzdan daha güzel geçti. Evimizde gibiydik ve huzur dolu bir evdi. İhtiyacımız olan herşey vardı ve her detay dusunulmustu. Rezerv ettiğimiz andan itibaren cok yardımcı oldu ve çok ilgiliydi. Mutlaka tekrar gidecek ve dostlarımıza tavsiye edeceğiz.

Sabahları kuş sesleri ile uyanmak harika bir duygu, bize çok iyi geldi. havası olsun, jakuzili rahatlamak olsun, bir kamp ateşi yapmak olsun bir çok rahatlatıcı aktivite ile kısa tatiline değer katan bir yer oldu. Kenan Bey'in harika cana yakın, yardımsever ev sahipliği bu tatilimizi daha da anlamlandirdi.

İhtiyaç duyulabilecek her şey düşünülmüş, konum olarak oldukça güzel bir muhit ve manzarası mutlaka fotoğraflara eklenmeli. Oldukça eğlenceli ve güzel bir mekandı her şey için teşekkürler. Ev sahibi her konuda geri dönüş sağladı. Tavsiye ederim.
