Newly built eco-friendly log house, real fireplace, authentic sauna, pond, fresh air, peace surrounded by nature and only 10 km from Vilnius. On the ground floor there is a cozy space with a kitchenette, stove, living room. You'll find everything you need. Next to the sauna - 6-8 people can take a sauna at the same time. We enter the second floor through the exclusive oak staircase. There are bedrooms where you like to spend time with children.

The cottage with sauna is in a beautiful, quiet place, next to the pond. There is a large terrace, barbecue, hot tub. Inside there is a fridge, hob, dishes, music center. The bedroom has 2 beds 1.20*200cm and a sleeping corner. There is a stud farm, forest, meadows, and attractions nearby. You will be alone in the whole homestead. This House was completely remodeled in 2023, everything new and it smells new :) 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 plus 1/2 half bath and fully updated kitchen. Close walk to Center of town just across Neris river and close to Amazing Vilnius Old Town, 20 minutes walk. Easy parking on the street. Parking is paid during business hours in a “Green Zone” on Vytauto street, at a minimal hourly rate and free between 18:00-6:00 and Weekends. 5-10 min walk to IKI or Maxima for groceries.
