Panorama Wide Sea View

The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful mountain house! The views were breathtaking, and the location was perfect for a peaceful getaway—just a short walk to a gorgeous waterfall, which was the highlight of our trip! I had a wonderful stay at this amazing house! The place is incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The private pool was a dream — perfect for relaxing any time of day. We also loved the outdoor BBQ area, which made for some great evenings with delicious food and good company. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the sea — absolutely magical, especially at sunrise and sunset. The area around the house is lush and green, creating a peaceful and private atmosphere that made our stay even more relaxing. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms and fast Wi-Fi. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Thank you for being such a great host!

Beautiful place with incredible view especially with panoramic bedrooms windows. The house is very tidy amd clean, has everything you might need. Host is very nice and attentive, they came for us by car when we was lost on the mountains trying to locate the house the first day :)

We were on March 8 after a heavy snowfall in Batumi, it was difficult to walk 400m uphill, but it was really hard for us because of the snow) if I did not know how we would drag all the bags))) everything is great in the property, the only thing was that the projector for some reason did not work, and in the sauna I would like to have a dressing room to sit longer. Otherwise, I really liked everything, especially the staff, responsive and understanding. We were stuck this morning at checkout , we were helped and dig out, thank you very much) we may come again in the summer, the nature is just a fairy tale and very affectionate pets) if you go - take treats, very affectionate creatures)
