it was a good place to stay, i’d recommend, perhaps it was the dates, but relatively expensive for what it was, but the staff was super nice, well located, easy, and fast to book

great room, kitchenette and coffee made it very useful yo have snacks and beverages. spacious and cozy.

We were so pleased with our accommodations at Club Donatello. The beds were super comfortable with awesome sheets. It was very quiet, day and night, and the entire room - the entire hotel, actually - was immaculate. Although Covid restrictions meant no coffee was being served on the club level, it was unexpectedly lovely up there with a large wrap-around terrace. Meimei was extremely responsive and helpful. I have already recommended this airbnb to friends and definitely plan to be back.

Exactly as advertised and great value. Randi reached out before my trip and was easy to get a hold of in case I needed anything, but it wasn’t necessary!

This place is very quaint and also in a good central location to get buses and food. We enjoyed the responsiveness of the host since we had some issues with our toilet flushing, and the cleaning staff was also very nice. They also provided a good amount of amenities that made things easier, like soap and plastic forks, even water in the room and the lobby. I would recommend people to stay here. The room is definitely older, but we had a pleasant stay.

The Ram is very nice and unique stay. The owners show pride in ownership.

This is for a room at the WorldMark hotel, which is a timeshare, but there was no hard pitch from the employees. Clean space with a microwave, mini fridge, and sink, plus plates, bowls, silverware, and napkins. Very close to Union Square and lots of restaurants, and less than a mile walk to Salesforce Millennium Tower (which is why I booked it). Internet is extra ($5 for two devices for a day, and multi-day offers). Sanford was responsive and helpful. I would stay here again.

What a treat it was to stay here. We were so glad to find this on Airbnb. It was easy to get to where we needed to go from there. Also, across the street is the Jury Room bar. That is a place with an interesting past. But now it’s a great music venue. The bartender…I cannot remember her name..was really friendly made a great drink for my wife.

Had a wonderful time here at the hotel! It was perfect location-wise as their amenities were as stated, and its centralized location provided a gorgeous view of the Bay and the surrounding cities. Another plus is that places like Target and other restaurants were a 10-15 minute drive from the hotel which was nice.

Overall a good place to stay and rest, lots of parking spots and the room was spacious and clean. Can't complain.

It was a great getaway, I really did enjoy it tooo, it was my first time purchasing an Airbnb by myself and I really did like it!

Great location! Breakfast included which is a plus. 24 hours concierge, each checking-in and out. Staff are very nice there. Recommend.

Great space and location. Convenient and safe, the staff was amazing. The only thing to note is there is no door separating the rooms and common area of the space. So keep that in mind if there is an expectation of privacy.

We arrived really late into the night, so check in was understandably more difficult. The key card that was generated by the kiosk didn’t work so we had to wait for someone on site to wake up and help us in person. As described this is a motel with pretty great location. The rooms were clean. Host wasn’t responsive when I asked how to do late checkin.

Room matches the description and was much larger than I thought it would be! No hidden fees like the rest of San Fran were charging me and parking cost were reasonable. Kalven was very reassuring and helped guide me through the process of booking his place. Thank you for a lovely stay mate, appreciate it!

Our hotel room was like an oasis in a very unique environment! And everybody was incredibly nice and the host was very responsive. I highly recommend it.

great value in a good location

Nice place. Very nice and helpful staff. Laundry on site $2.75 wash $.25 per 8 minutes of dry. Pretty good breakfast from 6-8am. Nice area no homeless people surrounding it. Easy to get to most tourist spots. A very comfortable bed as well.

We loved the Broadmoor Hotel! It was just "funky" enough, but still met my standards for cleanliness. The hotel staff were so nice, we got fresh towels every day, and there was always someone at the desk to answer any questions we had. It's very eclectic, which we like. There are still some active older people who live there and all that we spoke with loved it. The free breakfast was a huge benefit. The food was good and the servers were very attentive and friendly. We did not need to communicate with Larkin because she had anticipated everything we would need. There was even a bottle of wine waiting for us! If you want new and fancy, it might not be for you, but if you want clean, friendly, and priced right, it's perfect. Thanks, Larkin!

The host and co-hosts are helpful and responsive. The stay was comfortable and all the amenities listed were provided. The front desk receptionists were open to questions and has provided helpful information on how to navigate the area and spots to check out.
