beautiful location right on the sea front, where I noticed alot of Turkish families also came to enjoy the sea view and picnic/ barbecue The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family. it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beaches and restaurants were all just a short taxi ride away. There was also a fish restaurant less than 10 minutes walk away. the host and her husband were great, they were always ready to help if needed. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Beylikduzu

Great opportunity to get out of the city and relax.

It was a villa where everything was thought of. There was even ice in the refrigerator. Although we messed it up a little, we tried to tidy it up as much as we could in the morning :) I wish him plenty of customers.

Ömür's place is exactely what you see in the photos. Compact and clean. Simple and comfortable. His wife and he made us feel very welcome.

A peaceful space created by a very sweet couple in nature. Especially if there's no caramel, it's Caramel! It's smoking on our nose. 😍 It's a ball of love that comes to make her love 🥹 every morning, and she curls with all her protection so that you don🫠't get scared while you sit by the fire at night. You see, if you prefer to stay here, a couple will welcome you in the same garden with all their smiling faces. So don't worry about safety, it's a location you can choose with the idea that I want a little seclusion in nature even by yourself. Thank you very much Ms. Nuray and her husband. They welcomed us very warmly from the moment we got off the ship. Even though we arrived on the island late, they introduced the island and were very interested. They made it easy for us to come to the island and to our return. We stayed on the terrace floor. It was a great house, a great view and a very safe neighborhood. It was a house very close to the center and the sea. We are leaving the house very much willing to come back:)

Charming little place within walking distance to Taksim Square. Ugar was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I had a few requests, and he was more than happy to accommodate them. After six weeks of travelling and staying in and out of hotels, stepping into Ugar’s apartment truly felt like coming home. The bed was comfortable, the room nice and dark for a restful sleep, and the building felt safe and secure. I’d happily recommend this place. The only small issue was the lack of cutlery in the kitchen - likely just an oversight that I’m sure will be sorted quickly.

A cute little apartment, everything you may need is available. A place where you can find every amenity in terms of location, I would definitely prefer this place if I come back. Thank you:)

Uygar was a fantastic host, very helpful and quick to respond. The apartment is located in the center of a cultural area of Istanbul, close to a market and excellent dining options. Within the area, you can move around without a car. If you drive, there's a reasonably priced parking lot two minutes' walk from the building; you can pay up to c. $15 for 24-hour parking. If you don't have a lot of or heavy luggage, this duplex two-bedroom flat on the third level is ideal. If I were to return to Istanbul, I would stay there once more. Many thanks, Uygar

Communication was very fast. Check-in was very easy. Instructions were clear and straightforward. The house was very clean. The neighborhood and the view were very beautiful. There was a single-vehicle parking lot. The view was perfect. We were very satisfied in general.

A beautiful house suitable for relaxation and escaping the noise of the cities. It’s true that it is far from the city center, but the views from the living room and balcony are absolutely stunning, allowing you to contemplate the beauty of nature and the sea.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the villa - it had everything and even more, comfortable house with 2 separate bedrooms + bedroom mixed with living room + bedroom with separate toilet upstairs. Wonderful terrace, both in-house and outdoors shower, private beach, grill place, sauna, multiple locations for sitting. We were 6 people and villa suited us perfectly. Thank you a lot for hospitality!

Mr. Akın was very helpful with everything. We felt she was trying to make us comfortable at home. The house was a very warm environment, it was enjoyable. The house looks like it sleeps 9, but it's a small L armchair where two people will sleep. It wasn't a problem for us, but it should be considered.

Simply magical! We had our mini wedding at that villa and it was everything we wished for. Erus is very helpful and always available.
