The stay felt homely and the host was very responsive. Mr. Kailash, the caretaker of the property, was also helpful in guiding us to reach the location as we arrived quite late in the night and the road towards the end was steep and narrow.

we had a very pleasant stay at this four bedroom Buransh Terraces. The location was scenic and peaceful with exquisite views from rooms as well as dining area. The caretaker "Mahesh" was welcoming and supportive in catering our needs. The food was also homely.

Had a wonderful time at the cottage! The place is as described and the surroundings are very green and peaceful. Nestled away within the forest, you’ll love the homestay if you are looking for solitude. The drive to the homestay is quite manageable for an experienced driver. The best part of the stay were the amazing dishes the caretaker Narain bhaiya cooked for us! Tip-Do try his red sauce pasta. Overall a great experience and we would definitely want to visit again!

We had an amazing time at Chetan’s place near Mukteshwar. The rustic mud houses are super cozy, with a lovely earthy feel and beautiful views of the Himalayas. Sunrise and sunset were absolutely stunning every day! It’s a perfect spot to relax, read a book, and enjoy the peaceful vibe. The local Kumaoni food was delicious, and there’s lots to explore nearby – from local crafts to nature trails. My friend's kids had a blast playing with the dogs, going on small hikes, and just enjoying the quiet time. Highly recommend for a relaxing mountain getaway!

We were a group of 8 people that stayed at this property for 2 nights. All of us absolutely loved the property. The caretakers and cook were incredibly cooperative and the food was delicious. We had a 3 week stay and it was just fabulous! The balcony is the best part of the house. The view from balcony is much much better than what you get to see in pictures. We kept thinking if we could extend our stay. No one in my family felt like going back. House has great positive vibes! Bushra is truly an awesome host. She was always available for almost all the things whenever required during our 3 week stay! I certainly want to go back and stay in the same house in near future. If u want to stay away from hustle bustle of the city yet close to move around by car and see all the tourist place then this is the place to be in! It’s a very beautiful and charming place situated in centre of devbhumi. Location was perfect where so many big restaurants and attractions are available in walking distance. There was a big space to park our car. Sitting in balcony we felt like paradise which is unforgettable for us. Actual hills valley view is highly enjoyed from the balcony. This location is apt for those who actually want to enjoy their every pal. It was worth of money we paid in this summer season. In future we will definitely stay here for a long time to enjoy this charming place. I highly recommend this place to anyone who looking for a relaxing, peaceful nd convenient stay. In economical pricing this is very suitable and lovely property surrounded by hills and valley. The host mr Tripathi is very cooperative who guided us for proper visits to all places and temples in Devbhumi. We fully enjoyed well decorated room with all facilities along with fastest speed wi-fi and dish TV. This was a neat and cleaned place

It was our first time at an air bnb. The location is great and has beautiful view of the lake. Felt like home, cooked meals ourselves grocery is available at Bhat provisional store just 25 meters away Bhat uncle (and Aunty) has every thing you need and he doesn't mind even if you buy 2 tomatos, 3 potatoes etc. Master bed room with attached balcony and bathroom is better than any 5 star hotel I have stayed so far. We (Me, wify and two children 18 and 13) spent lot of time in living room together as it was raining in Nainital most of the time . Overall we had a blast, Jai provided clearcut directions and offerd full refund as it there were past complaints of water scarcity. We didn't feel any water scarcity. Meenu the caretaker was very pleasant and courteous we didn't use her services for cooking but she ensured that place and kitchen is clean. in past I have stayed in Nainital in hotel with veiw but closer to mall, lot of noice pollution. This property is higher on hill hence peaceful.

The place is great and the view is amazing. The food is good too and pretty reasonable. The path to the place is a bit tricky but otherwise all great.

This place is beautiful... Private and peaceful... We got some much needed rest and relaxation... All touristy spots are a short drive away, but the place itself is very quiet and beautiful... The caretakers are very sweet, polite and helpful... Special thanks to Ranjeet who took very good care of us... We traveled with our two dogs, and they had such a wonderful time too... The place is very clean, has all amenities and the food they serve is also very fresh and homely... Overall a 10/10.

We had a wonderful stay here for 2 days. The place was easily located and exactly as showed in pictures. Home cooked food was delicious and Kamal and Prem were both available at all times for anything we needed. The garden space was beautiful amidst nature - fave part of the place where one can have a cup of tea amidst nature and mountains. I was traveling with my dog and she had a great time too. It is a fenced house and she had access to the whole place. Would definitely visit again!

This stay was beyond our imagination for we a group of 4 traveling together. So there's a list of things that helped cater our holiday in it's best. First the apartment is Huge, in a safe building with guard present 24×7, perfectly located between Naukuchiatal and Bhimtal, away from all the annoying noises at the same time, perfect to enjoy the tranquility. The building has ample space for the car to be parked safe, it even has a well kept lawn. The house is exceptionally decorated kinda colonial, in its first glance it looked Rich, spotless, Big TV with a super broadband, Big and clean washrooms, perfect wifi speed, kitchen well stocked, checklisted with all the amenities, Sleep quality awesome, and in particular I am fallen in love with the central chandelier in living room. Reeta is an amazing host, very humble and didn't leave a stone unturned to let us feel home during our 2 nights stay. God bless.. I am coming back !!
