Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Silver Lake, Los Angeles

Great location, beautiful views and wonderful host. Stay here, you will not regret it.

Norma was a great host! Helped me out on my first night since I came in so late - and then everything else was as described. Silver Lake is a great neighborhood - I'd stay again if the listing is available to me next time I am in the area. 🙂

I spent 3 nights at Melissa's place with my wife, my daughter and my 14 month old grandson. It was everything that we expected and more. The house was perfect for us. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bedrooms were well laid out and the beds were very comfortable. It was nice having 2 bathrooms, both with showers and one with a bathtub as well. The kitchen had everything we needed (and more!) We loved the neighborhood! It was so convenient for walking for everything we needed. There were quite a few choices for coffee shops in the morning and lots of great restaurants nearby. We had a wonderful take out dinner from Pine and Crane. Melissa was a great host and we would love to stay at her place again! -Peter

The place is amazing and as described. We spent a lot of time outside on the deck and it's lovely with things we didn't use -- gas grill, space heaters, but others surely would. Nicolle was responsive and helpful. The kitchen was amazingly stocked with teas, spices, coffee, pasta, way more stuff than I've usually found in an airbnb. The location is great with many things to do within walking distance -- Echo Park and Sunset Blvd with restaurants and bars, for example. Bottom line? Totally satisfied.

I feel quite fortunate to have randomly found this home. Besides being adorable, comfortable and clean my interactions with the host were always positive and completed in a timely fashion. I would definitely stay here again.

Mike’s place is outstanding! It’s a beautiful home with a lovely private outdoor area you can enjoy. The house is comfortable and well-appointed with all you need to enjoy your stay. The location is unique and walkable. You can get delicious baked goods at Proof, coffee at Black Elephant, lunch at Dune, and some of the best Thai food in LA at Holy Basil. All within a few minutes walk! Mike is also a wonderful host - proactive, interesting, and kind. We’ve stayed at a number of Airbnbs in Silver Lake, Echo Park, Los Feliz, but this is The One we want to come back to again…and again…thank you, Mike, for being such a great host and sharing your lovely home with visitors to Los Angeles!

I loved my stay here at Mary’s place, and especially enjoyed spending time on the deck enjoying the sunset. Mary was a kind and courteous host and her space is private, comfortable and has everything you need to cook if desired. My only con is that you can hear the upstairs neighbor walking around quite loudly, and sometimes very late at night. Bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Otherwise, a perfect location to relax and explore the city, especially close to Atwater Village, Los Feliz, Highland Park and Echo Park.

Cet appartement est absolument merveilleux, moi qui suis très sensible au vue j’ai été servi car celle ci est sublime !!! Aussi bien dans l’appartement que sur le rooftop !!! La place de parking est également un plus non négligeable à DTLA James est un hôte formidable !!! Excellente communication, très arrangeant sur mon arrivée. Et excellente communication pendant le séjour. J’ai passé un séjour absolument formidable !!! Je vous le conseil très fortement.

We really enjoyed staying at Carina’s home! The inside what spotless and beautiful. The space was small but was provided with everything that we needed. The location was also very ideal for our travel plans and getting in and out wasn’t difficult. We plan on coming back here in the future!!

We LOVED LOVED LOVED Elizabeth’s place soooooo much!!! We were completely wow’s by her accommodation & hosting. She brought us extra fruit on top of providing us with breakfast with all fixings you could possibly ask for our entire trip. Her coffee was delicious & the tea selection was incredible. She even left us a cooler of drinks & delicious snacks after we went to the football game nearby at the Rose Bowl. My girlfriend & I have stayed at over one-hundred Airbnbs combined & Elizabeth was by far the best host we have ever had. We felt so at home with her lovely decor, comfortable amenities, & safe surroundings. This was an airbnb experience we will always cherish & never forget. We hope to be back soon. Thank you so much Elizabeth for everything. We cannot stop talking about your place to our friends, family, uber drivers, ect ect. Your kindness & attention to detail is unmatched. Love John & Fabi

Best thing about this place is the location and outdoor deck/patio space with awesome view. Quiet lovely street but near lots of action of Silver Lake. The apartment itself is very nice as well.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the host was very helpful with getting us parked and settled in. Uber and Lyft was running all the time and it’s 10-15$ to uber to the venues nearby. We really enjoyed our stay! Definitely will be coming back when we are planning a trip to LA for a concert.

This stay was absolutely amazing! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and exceeded all expectations. What truly made the experience stand out was the host—extremely responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. I’ve stayed in many places, but I’ve never experienced this level of customer service before. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay!

Fabulous DTLA apartment. Great living space. Close to restaurants, shops and USC. Didn’t get to use the pool but it looked great. Parking was easily accessible and a big plus. Would definitely stay again!

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Nos alojamos tres personas, estuvimos muy cómodos. El departamento cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos y utensilios que uno pueda imaginar para prepararse lo que necesite y están impecables. Los espacios son muy amplios y con muy buena luminosidad. Volvería sin ninguna duda. La respuesta de los anfitriones fue precisa e inmediata para cualquier consulta. El aparcamiento fue cómodo y no tuvimos ningún inconveniente.

I had a fantastic stay at Tianna's place. It was exactly like the pictures, right on the main street with easy access to public transport to Santa Monica beach. Parking space was a big bonus. Tianna was extremely friendly and responsive, and the house was fully stocked with anything you could need, from complementary drinks and coffee, to toiletries. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Mark and Camille’s place! My husband and our dog felt right at home in this cozy, charming space. The studio has a warm, homey feel and is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood that was perfect for dog walks. Mark and Camille were gracious and welcoming hosts, and we truly appreciated the peaceful backyard nook, it was the perfect spot to relax. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pet-friendly getaway.

Once again, Shant's place was the perfect stay! He communicates quickly, and keeps the place very clean. The rooftop pool is beautiful and relaxing! Bed is super comfortable! Having security at the entrance makes things feel extra safe! And you can't beat the free parking!!!

Second time we’ve stayed in Cara’s place & loved it. The apartment literally has everything you could think of, the bed is comfy. The style is shabby chic & beautiful. We’ve been visiting Santa Monica every other year for the past 24 & weeks would always have this as our first choice. Thanks Cara & Lori Xx
