Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Simius

Perfect vacation home. The interior is not huge, but it feels good. The back garden was very appreciated both for dinner under the veranda and for the barbecue. We had a really good time. Cristian kind and helpful gave us a lot of great advice.

What a lovely stay. Giulia, Lorenzo and their very sweet family are fabulous hosts. They were really welcoming at check in and had plenty of tips… the house is very spatious and cool with a good outdoor veranda for eating on. They also leant is beach stuff and a phone charger we forgot to bring. (And then they were so kind and relaxed when we accidentally packed it with us when we left- oops!) Will come back!

A very friendly assistant from Stefano & Mario welcomed us at check-in. Everything shown and all well explained. The location of the house is unique, exactly as described and visible in the photos. The view of the sea is wonderful and the beach access is really very close, at most 2 minutes on foot and you are on a beautiful beach. The beach does not offer restaurants, so take a picnic with you. The house itself is very nicely furnished, it has everything you need. We were there with 3 smaller children, you just had to be very careful that nothing breaks. It has many very nice and precious decoration in the house. During the stay, Stefano was always accessible, showed us valuable tips about the surroundings and excursion options. We would book the house again immediately. Perfect accomodation for a beach holiday. Close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. A lot of toys available in the house, which was perfect for our two year old son.

Having a Villa so close to the beach was wonderful. It was a roomie two bedroom villa with a very nice patio.

It was that place where you could let go all of your thoughts and just relax. Felt like a apartment where I could live in. It was well equipted from furniturers to beach gadgets. Nice garden and it was close to a smal hidden beach. We were satisfyed and can recommend to everyone.

The hosts are very lovely. The accommodation is wonderfully located above the bay. The bedrooms are very quiet and located at the back. The last 200 m to the accommodation is a bumpy road. You also have to be careful with some navigation systems (Waze), as the road is not displayed correctly. We felt very comfortable and highly recommend this accommodation.

A quiet place located near a great beach, with beautiful clear water. The house is very clean with a well-maintained garden. Great for families with children. Recommended

Everything was absolutely perfect, there was everything we needed and more in the apartment. Federico was very kind and gave us some great tips for restaurants and beautiful beaches.

We felt right at home! Francesca's hospitality is rare...we found everything we needed in the house and more! In addition to a good bottle of wine in the fridge, a bottle of extra virgin olive oil of their production, fantastic! It's never happened to me! The beaches were all minutes away! Cinzia's place was exactly as we wanted, clean, well-stocked with all the comforts indicated in the description, in a very central area and with nearby car parking, a place to return!

We immediately felt at home in this beautiful, stylish accommodation. The apartment is very clean, spacious and tastefully furnished. The small kitchen offers everything you need and on the spacious terrace we could enjoy the sun. The breakfast, which is lovingly prepared and rich, is also particularly noteworthy. The accommodation is very quiet in the mountains and the host was very warm and helpful. Thank you, Luca, for the pleasant time! :-)

We had a lovely stay at Villasimius! The apartment was located near a lot of wonderful beaches (5min by car), close to supermarkets and in walking distance to the center. It was very clean and thoughtfully decorated and furnished. Parking was very easy!

Lovely apartment, clean, spacious and a lovely balcony area with views of the mountains. Just off the main busy area but very quiet. Beach 15 min walk away. Would recommend

This place is an absolute insider tip! The location directly by the sea is unbeatable - every evening we could enjoy spectacular sunsets directly from the terrace. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired: everything is modern, lovingly furnished and very well maintained. We would especially like to highlight the hosts Taty and Luca – incredibly warm, helpful and always with great tips about the area. Whether restaurants, excursions or hidden beaches – we have discovered so much thanks to their recommendations! A place to feel good and relax. We will definitely be back!

We were personally very warmly received and there was a very nice welcome package with a cold beer, wine with snacks and lots of fruit. Totally great👍. The apartment is completely furnished and has good facilities, is conveniently located in relation to the center and a number of wonderful beaches. The ALMAR condo in Poetto was exactly what we were looking for while staying in Cagliari. Immaculate living quarters and a great location for our stay. Daniela was a wonderful host who was very helpful snd friendly. Would absolutely stay at the condo again should we find ourselves back in Cagliari!

It was the perfect place to stay at. Ideally located in the centre, close to everything but still quiet at the same time. The flat was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Everything was well cleaned. Clearly a 5 star Apartment!

The apartment is very quiet in Villasimius, yet you can reach the town center in about 10 minutes. 1 small supermarket is around the corner, 2 larger ones within a 10-minute walk. 3 restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is modern, all cooking utensils and sufficient towels are available. We quickly became familiar with the gas stove. The two bathrooms are great, everything works perfectly. Good mattresses! In front of the house a very cozy terrace with a shady olive tree, where you like to stay. The apartment is perfectly located to explore the many dream beaches of Villasimius and the wonderful surroundings. The perfect apartment for a perfect vacation. We loved our stay here! A perfect apartment and Lorenzo was an excellent host who provided really helpful local information and instructions. The apartment was very easy to find and is in a lovely location and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The surrounding streets are very pretty as they are full of colourful plants and flowers and heritage sites of interest are within walking distance (although, as with everywhere in Cagliari there are some steep paths). The apartment was extremely well equipped and included everything that we needed for our trip and more (a few examples: hairdryer, coffee pot, wine glasses, maps, guides, beautiful books on local history, local recommendations, beach equipment - and much more) and it was spotlessly clean throughout. We would highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay again sometime. Thank you Lorenzo and Severino!

The apartment "like at home" is exactly what it promises. There were three of us, two adults and a 2-year-old, and we had a very good time. The apartment is in the center, but in a quiet setting. A stone's throw away is everything you might need. It is also very close to all the most beautiful beaches in the area. Marzia was a great host! If I had to go back to Villasimius, I would not hesitate to choose this apartment again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The veranda in particular is so lovely for sitting outside with food and drinks. Paolo was very responsive and gave clear instructions for entry. Highly recommend :)
