If the weather fails, you can warm up in the Jacuzzi, sauna or in front of the fireplace. The garden has a patio on both the front and back (east/north/west), so both breakfast and dinner can be taken in the morning sun. Charcoal grill (Weber) is available.

Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Old school in Vik

The house is perched high overlooking Stenshuvud and Hanö Bay. It was built in 1897 and was Viks Folk High School until the end of the 50s. In 2011 and 2012, an extensive renovation was done and now the entire house is as in newly built condition. However, we have strived to preserve the original character of the house as far as possible. Vik is Österlen's oldest fishing village and the old settlement is very well preserved. Here is calm and pleasant here and the surrounding nature is stunningly beautiful!
