In the kitchen are a fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle.

Within walking distance is the market square/main train station (about 15-20 minutes). The necessary food and shopping facilities are across the street. The apartment was newly furnished in 2020.
