This place is beautiful. The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning. We saw the stars and heard owls at night. Has everything you need to make breakfast and do some basic cooking if you can be bothered, but there's lots of places to eat in the likes of Bol, with quite a few still open in the shoulder season. It is next to another kind of boutique hotel/airbnb thing but you're still afforded relative privacy from the terrace. Marijan gave us solid instructions on how to get there, but we still drove past the turn off so better to get there in daylight if you can. You will need a car. All in all such an amazing stay, the island of Brač has so much to offer, and this is a particularly idyllic spot. Thank you!

great peaceful home which is decorated with love. the surrounding somehow felt magical when looking on one side to the ocean and the other to the mountains. we had some cats as guests which really made it special. hiking is a great recommendation when staying. dubrovka was very friendly and responsive. we absolutely enjoyed our stay. ✨🐱

We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful property. It is built and furnished so thoughtful and aesthetic and we all felt that this space radiated such a calm energy. It is perfect to switch off and fully enjoy time offgrid whilst being provided with everything you might possibly need and feel very much at home. The garden, patio and pool are super big and are amazing to spend a looot of time. And last but not least: Vladimir and his parents were incredibly kind hosts and took very sweet care of us which made the stay extra special. Thanks a lot!

We arrived quite late in the night but everything was well arranged for our arrival. Katjia even left us some snacks in the fridge! The house itself feels very cozy. There is quite a big selection of spices and kitchen tools. Funny thing is that there are so many places to sit/lay in the garden. You can soak up the sun 70% of the day depending on where you sit. We encountered a few issues (unforeseen) and these were addressed in a very short timespan. Katjia responds very fast via the chat. Would definitely recommend this lovely house!

A truly idyllic place to unwind. We had a lovely week of swimming, kayaking and relaxing away from people (the property can only be accessed by boat so it is very peaceful and quiet). The host was very communicative - we can definitely recommend and would love to return to this unique property again!!

The driveway is very steep, which can be a bit intimidating at first, but once you've done it once, it's totally manageable. The villa itself is clean, comfortable, and truly lives up to its name — peaceful and private. The host is incredibly sweet and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway with unforgettable scenery!

The house itself is absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and surrounded by nature. The views are breathtaking, offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The area is incredibly private and quiet making it the perfect retreat for anyone seeking peace and relaxation. A few things to note, be prepared to drive, as you'll need a car to navigate the narrow streets uphill leading to the property. At first, the drive can seem daunting, but soon it becomes part of the adventure. The house is powered by solar panels, so there is no air conditioning, which we knew ahead of time. Although it occasionally got quite hot, we really appreciated the eco-friendly approach and adapted to it. Overall, it was a magical stay, and we are already looking forward to our next visit ❤️🌊🫒✨

We had an incredibly beautiful vacation and a great time all around! We were warmly welcomed at check-in - with a lovingly arranged plate that not only looked great, but was also really delicious. One evening, our hosts even grilled for us and spoiled us with delicious grill plates - that was a real highlight! The accommodation was equipped with everything you need on vacation – down to the smallest detail. There was really nothing missing. And if something was needed, the hosts brought it to us immediately and easily. In addition, there were great restaurant recommendations and always an open ear for questions or requests. The hosts were incredibly friendly, accommodating and appreciative – you just felt completely comfortable and welcome. We highly recommend this place and would come back any time. Well what can I say other than you won’t be disappointed with this villa if you like beautiful views and a quiet area. Well situated for driving to Split, Trogir, Omiš and Krka national park, also only 30 mins from airport. Ivan was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed even dropped off a toaster as we couldn’t find one in the kitchen! A beautiful country and a beautiful villa. Villa well equipped and we had everything we needed.

We are more than satisfied with the stay. The accommodation met the expectations we brought with us. The beach was 1 min away, which is very important to us. The apartment was very clean and everything you needed was there. The owner was very friendly and you quickly got an answer to everything☺️. We would always book this accommodation and recommend it. The hostess was also wonderful and we found the tips given very helpful, such as good restaurants or super markets near the owner. Thanks for this lovely stay 😊

Well, this place was so beautiful and great, the view over the sea and the olive yard, that I cannot describe how much peace it gave me. The house is so nice and petite, everything just makes sense. It made me so happy! Everything! Jere, Gordana & Jelena are great, they will make an enormous effort to make you feel at home immediately. I had a terrific five days at the house, for me it felt like it lasted weeks. Will return ;-) Thank you all! (Travelled alone as a female, this place felt totally safe ;-)

We had an amazing stay. The location is super quiet off season and it's a hidden gem. The house has the best view in town and is close to everything.

What a nice house, swimming pool, terrace and stunningly beautiful views. We greatly enjoyed the privacy, the sea in front of the house and the rocks behind it. We also liked the peace and quiet and the beautiful whistling of the birds. We felt very welcome, Tonci and Filka received us very pleasantly. A filled refrigerator was ready to get through the first day well. The kitchen has all the comforts. Nice bed and lovely terraces. Everything super clean and good. The road you drive to get to the house is a challenge the first time, but you get used to it. It is also nice that the local users take you into account. We have had a holiday to remember. Thanks for the lovely stay.

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

The villa was better than the pictures, the views of the sea and mountains were stunning. Kristian was a great host and the check in process was great. He also greeted us with some wine and deserts which was a lovely gesture! It’s a brilliant location with both Split and Trogir a 15 minute drive away and the bars and restaurants of Kaštel Gomilica are a 10 minute walk. I would definitely return if I was visiting the Kaštel area!
