Also on same level there is a private bedroom and the bathroom. On the upper floor, you will find one bedroom that opens to the living room. Everything results in an apartment of excellence, with sober decoration and with all the amenities for a memorable stay. All the areas of the apartment are acessible. Available to help during stay. The loft is in the Príncipe Real neighborhood, located at the top of one of Lisbon's seven hills, with beautiful city views. It's a neighborhood with palatial buildings, gardens, dynamic shops, and restaurants with famous chefs. The nearest metro station is Rato, yellow line (10 min walking). The apartment have one parking space. Short walking distance from the main historical sites of the city: Bairro Alto, Carmo, Chiado, Avenida da Liberdade, Castelo de S. Jorge, Praça do Comércio. Very short walking distance to places of interest in the neighborhood: Jardim do Príncipe Real, Jardim Botânico de Lisboa, Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara, Museu de História Natural, Bairro Alto.

The apartment is located on a new area of Lisbon called Parque das Nações, within a five minutes walking distance to the nearest Metro station, Oriente. In these new area you have several museums including the Oceanarium, parks and restaurants by the river and a Casino. The city center is a 15 minutes ride by Metro. The apartment has a balcony with great views facing the river Tagus. You can enjoy a private parking with the option to charge electric cars. It’s a closed box with 2,1m wide door.

The house has a modern and cozy decor, lots of light, two bedrooms, one of which is a suite, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen to allow you a quiet stay. Please note: we are currently required to charge a tourist tax, the amount of which depends on the length of your stay. At the time of booking, an average amount of €6 per person is charged, which can be up to €11. The adjustment will be made at check-in.

This is an ample 3 bedroom apartment, in the 5th and last level of a private condominium, with elevator, with a large terrace facing the ocean and Marina Oeiras. The house has a lot of natural light and has all the utilities you need to have a comfortable stay. We also have all accessories for a baby. Excellent location between Lisbon and Cascais, situated near academic institutions and investigation center. The train station is just in front of the building.

The “Casa do Caseiro” is a small cottage, located between the mountain and the sea, 35km away from Lisbon and 5 minutes to Sintra, in Colares Village. It's locatted in the heart of the natural park.
