Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Sintra

we were a family of 5. The location was perfect for us. Quiet but also not far from everything. Amazing views! The house is charming. It was also nice to have the pool as it got hot.

We loved our stay at Figueiredo’s place. Perfect for us as a couple, with a private pool and deck to relax on in the evening. Quiet location within easy reach of Cascais, via Uber or a short walk, with its great food options. Communication was easy and everything was as described. Would highly recommend this place is you are looking for somewhere quiet near Cascais.

It was a pleasure staying at Ricardo’s place. The place is on the first floor of the house and has big lawns, fruit orchards and ample parking space. The view of low hills and sunrise from the balcony was beautiful. My daughter enjoyed the hammock in the balcony. Overall it was a very nice, peaceful and soul soothing stay in natural surroundings.

We hosted an intimate wedding at the Quinta and everyone loved it. It has nice views morning and night. The quinta is big to have some family stay over with us. Antonio is very responsive whenever we need help aswell. A little bit hard to find on google maps or uber/bolt, but you just need to be clear on instructions for guests coming. Sintra town is very closeby too, lots of parking space if you have car 😊

Super nice location and very sweet hostess! Apartment was neat and clean and looked even better than in the photos. Upon arrival, there was bread and fresh toppings and eggs ready. Gabriela offered to check out later as we had a wedding until late the night before, super sweet!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in Carlos’s apartment. Everything we needed was there. If I had any issues at all Carlos was extremely prompt at responding and resolving things. I had misinterpreted the apartment as having a garden. There are 2 outside chairs at the end of the driveway within locked gates but not a ‘garden’ as such. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Thank you for the nice stay in Lisbon in a very nice apartment with comfortable master bed, great view from the balcony with wonderful view. Great kitchen, exciting furniture with history. In the windowless, small bathroom, it quickly becomes very stuffy, but still well equipped for the size.

Very nice accommodation with beautiful views. Had a super nice weekend with friends! Everything within walking distance and the apartment was clean.

Our stay with Artur in the Sun and Castleview Apartment was nothing short of wonderful. Artur and his parents were welcoming, friendly, and had clear communication. The apartment was clean and easy to access many Lisboa sites and neighborhoods. You do need to climb 4 flights of stairs to get to the apartment but that didn’t bother us. The view and accommodations are well worth the steps. The personal welcome from Artur’s family, wine, pastries, orange juice (for our underage child), and coffee made us feel welcome and right at home. Thanks for an amazing stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Paula’s charming apartment in Cascais! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen well-stocked, and we loved having a drink on the balcony in the evenings. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach, the marina, and plenty of great restaurants and cafés on your doorstep. Cascais is a lovely town, and this Airbnb made it even better. Our host was incredibly friendly and responsive, offering great local recommendations. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax by the coast while still being close to Lisbon. We'd definitely come back!

We had a wonderful experience staying at Rafael's apartment. It was a fully equipped apartment that was very comfortable, exactly as described, spotlessly cleaned (maintained by a cleaning lady once a week) and in a beautiful residential area. Rafael was also lovely to communicate with, very helpful and always making sure we were ok. We'll be staying at this apartment in the future too!

We had an amazing 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment! From the moment we booked, the host was extremely responsive and helpful—quick to answer any questions and even allowed us to check in early, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself is stunning, with gorgeous decorations that make it feel both stylish and comfortable. It’s located in an incredible neighborhood right in the heart of Alfama—perfect for exploring on foot. We loved all the food, drink, and shopping recommendations provided; every place we tried was fantastic. Overall, it was a perfect home base for our trip. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful apartment, amazing view and plenty of space. We had just two of us but there would be loads of room if four people were staying. Balcony was the main draw for us, and the air con around the apartment made it even better in the heat. Filipa was super helpful when we arrived, showing us how everything worked and leaving us with tips for the neighbourhood. Highly recommend!

Luis & Beatriz are amazing hosts. The home was beautiful and so quiet and peaceful. The grounds were AMAZING and peaceful. We truly enjoyed our time there and will look forward to returning in the future. We highly recommend this property for those visiting the Terrugem/Sintra area. The Oak Cafe was wonderful for brunch and you must have dinner at least 1 night at Azenhas do Mar, for the food and views as well as Mercado Saloio located in Sintra for the nightly music and delicious food and good service. The spa in Cascais is amazing as well. All recommendations of Luis & Beatriz Other places we found were the Marina and shops in Cascais as well as a wonderful little eatery for brunch/ lunch called Mugs Brunch and Cafe in Pedregal. Amazing views and delicious food. Thanks Luis & Beatriz for making our first trip to Portugal amazing. Looking forward to returning.

A lovely home from home, very well located to surrounding towns, places of interest and beaches.

We had the most amazing stay at this villa! We were a group of 16 friends and the space was absolutely perfect for us—spacious, super clean, and really well-maintained. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short taxi to beautiful beaches and some great beach bars. 20 mins to the centre of Lisbon. What made our stay even more special was the host. So friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our trip. Star went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and connected us with the loveliest Chef to cook for us one evening. Highly recommend this place for large groups looking for a sunny getaway. We’d definitely come back! 🌞🏖️

We loved this home- very convenient to Sintra and the beaches, wonderful cafe nearby, and charming comfortable home. Enjoyed the outdoor space for relaxing or dining. We would definitely stay again. Rosa was very kind and accommodating when our plans changed and we were able to book an additional night.

Elsa is a wonderful Host, just like her incredible villa. From the reservation, through the arrival to our departure, we were accompanied with kindness and benevolence throughout this experience. The house is ideal for hosting a large family, or groups. We had an extraordinary stay, in complete privacy, in this vast and comfortable place. A house packed with character, personality and authenticity. The outside deck is unbeatable, best seats in the house for watching the beautiful sunsets with a glass of something chilled in the hot tub! Kitchen fully equipped for cooking in, or restaurants and kiosk bar in walking distance if going out. The coastal path runs by the door, so amazing hikes along the cliffs as you step out. We’ll be back!

The facilities and living/sleeping spaces were amazing for our family of 10 adults plus a 2-year-old. 6 large comfortable bedrooms. the pool was brilliant as we could roll back the cover for sunbathing and close it for indoor swimming when it got chilly. the pádel court was a hit as was the 5 aside football pitch. The indoor games room had everything (pool, table tennis, darts, computer games etc...) so great for evening activities. The Lidl was 10 minutes drive and had most things (not so great on veggie options though). The beach was a 5 minute drive away - we didn't try cycling there as there is a steep hill. We had cars but tbh might have been better ubering as only really needed for Lidl and the beach. Elisa was fantastic - really quick to respond and sent lots of great recommendations. highly recommended

A wonderful place. A peaceful setting, ideally located for restaurants, supermarket and beach. The pool is bigger then it looks on pictures. our children enjoyed the Airbnb. lots of space, secure grounds and a trampoline to keep them entertained. We enjoyed BBQs on the patio. The villa is cleverly designed so that nobody feels on top of each other. would definitely revisit
