The beach is a 5 min walk from the house. Our house is in the midst of a quiet natural reserve. Animals are present in nature (ants/spiders sometimes in the house -wasps, dormouse, Aesculapian snake,sometimes fox at night around the area) and any event connected to these animals are not seen as price reductory factors, please consider this when booking! Price is for the gr. fl. only and is for max 6 adults. Attic apt. has a sep. entrance from outside and sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults and 2-3 kids.

Az ingatlan a Balatonhoz közelebb lévő épületben, a 4. emeleten található, csodálatos panorámával a Balatonra. Az könnyebb közlekedést lift segíti. A lakásban 2 hálószoba, egy amerikai konyhás nappali, egy fürdőszoba WC-vel és egy különálló WC is található, a zavartalan pihenést egy 22 m2-es terasz biztosítja a z ideáltógatónak. The beach with some restaurants is only a few minutes far to walk and the city center with bars and party locations 4 kilometers. For the city centre you can cath the bus (Line1 or the train)
