Spacious family house with garden, pool, comfortable pavilion in the garden. The villa is located in the heart of the holiday area, a few minutes walk from the beach, city center, restaurants, entertainment venues. The house is a perfect place for groups of friends or families to relax or vacation. 2-3 families can be comfortably accommodated, max. capacity 13 people. Parking in front of the house free of charge. There are two other apartments on the same property, the garden is common.

Our modern & retro homelike house surrounded by wonderful old pines, located almost at the border of the peaceful lakeshore (at the end of the street about 90m) and the partystreet. We have 4 separate apartments in our apartmenthouse. During main season from 13.6.-31.8. we can provide our apartments for minimum 5 nights, during holidays for min. 3 nights.
