Construite sur un terrain clos de 700 m2 permettant de jouer et de stationner plusieurs voitures. Son intérieur a été largement rénové en 2016. Cuisine très bien équipée, salle de bain avec vasques + douche italienne + WC, 1 WC séparé, 3 chambres avec bonne literie, 1 canapé lit dans le séjour en couchage d’appoint, terrasse vue sur mer, plage à 150m, commerces à 500m.

Un séjour ressourcement en bord de mer, accessible en train (1h de Nantes) et sans nécessité de voiture sur place, pour encore mieux déconnecter… Nous vous accueillons au rez de chaussée d'une demeure de caractère du 17ème siècle, située à 10mn à pied de tout : l'océan, les marchés, les commerces, les restaurants et terrasses… Pierres, bois, matières naturelles et couleurs choisies vous accompagneront pour un décor cocooning à souhait.

Tout à pied pour cet appartement de 27M² à 200 M de la plage du Boisvinet, ses cabanes , ses restaurants et son école de voile... Proche des commerces. L'appartement est au premier étage (sans ascenseur) d'une petite copropriété calme dans une impasse. Il est tout équipé et vient d'être rénové. Il convient à un couple et 1 ou 2 enfants. Vous pouvez ranger des vélos ou planches de surf dans la buanderie commune. En juillet et août, nous louons à la semaine. (7 nuits)
