Located near the Sanford Sports Complex, Walmart, and a variety of local eateries, this upscale retreat is perfect for couples, solo travelers, and business guests seeking relaxation and convenience. Although located on our property, the suite is completely private—with its own entrance, private yard & hot tub, and no shared walls connected to our home.

We offer you a beautiful garden cottage setting with a guest apartment (w/ private access) in the lower level of our home. Guests have private access to hot tub, fire place and backyard garden patio until 11 pm. Walking distance to downtown. Our home is a safe space for folks from all minority and marginalized groups. River Retreat Cabin on bluff over Klondike Falls

We have a beautiful cabin/home overlooking the Big Sioux River and Klondike Falls. This area has been on KELO-land news showcasing the many Eagles whose habitat is directly in front of our home. No need for a fan for white noise here as you can relax on the deck and listen to the water rushing over the Klondike Dam below. Most of the interior has been constructed from reclaimed lumber from the 1900s but also with all the modern conveniences you'd expect. 3 bedroom, 2 baths - can sleep 8.
