We were very well and warmly welcomed by Elena and Giuseppe. The accommodation is very functional, clean, pleasantly decorated. The garden, which you can enjoy, is a beautiful resting space, pleasant to the eyes. Note that the vehicle can be easily parked. This accommodation is well located, and allows you to visit very easily, by car or public transport, very interesting cities nearby. Very good stay, we'll be happy to come back.

If your idea of paradise is fabulous views from outside dining, bedrooms and infinity pool, this is the villa for you. So peaceful and private with birdsong amongst the flowers, strawberries and olive trees. It felt like our home away from home. The villa is spotlessly clean with plenty of towels for the 2.5 bathrooms and swimming pool. A central location to use as a base to explore different aspects of Istria including the hill top villages and diverse coastal areas. The host Marjana, is warm and. delightful. She and her partner want to make your stay very memorable.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! Our stay at Renata’s place was the perfect ending for our Italian family trip from Bologna to Trieste (one mother and two daughters). The house is 15-20 minutes walk from the train station, but there is a bus line also to easier access, than 5 minute walk uphill from bus station to the house. We felt safe and in peace at this accommodation. The three levelled house is gorgeous, well equipped and has a personal vibe through the little details, carefully decorated with personal treasures, unique items and renovated furnitures. Everything was perfectly prepared for our arriving, bathroom and kitchen extra tidy and clean! We got towels, slippers and Renata & Dario even got us some welcome goodies for breakfast and for snacks and welcomed us with nicely written words too. We had everything we needed in the kitchen also. The view is even better than in pictures, perfect for eating outside on the terrace, and sippin’ in the coastal atmosphere. There is simply nothing to complain about! 10/10

Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

A lovely apartment with rustic beams and a lovely view of the hills, as well as being in the middle of the city. Really appealing decor with nice plants throughout, well equipped and super comfortable. We had lovely Aperitivo on the terrace. Everyone was really charming and welcoming at Caterina’s - the lady of the house is a perfect host. Can recommend heartily!

The location of the apartment is absolutely amazing. You are in the middle of the nature, enjoying breathtaking landscape and stunning mountain view. From time to time animals pass by and say hello - so peaceful it is. The apartment is well equipped, built with quality material and thoughtfully designed. The communication with the host is fast and easy. We highly recommend.

We felt very comfortable in the beautiful apartment from the beginning. Everything you need is available, and even more (in our case). We will be happy to come back anytime! great place to stay with family

The location of this place is really wonderful: a wonderful view of the sea and the old town of Piran. In no time you are at the harbor, a bakery and a market are also not far away even if you have to put a few meters of altitude behind you. But the view makes up for it! The communication with Ana's father was extremely pleasant! Very helpful and completely straightforward! We will be happy to come back...

We stayed in Stefania’s apartment as a family of four for 5 days. The apartment was truly spectacular, very well kept and super clean. We felt at home immediately. We loved the view and the private terrace. The kitchen is very well equipped and we had everything we needed. The house is quiet and located in a nice area. There is parking and a bus stop right in front of the house. Our hosts welcomed us with fresh cherries and cold drinks in the fridge - such a nice surprise after the long journey. Thank you very much Stefania and family for making us feel very comfortable and for all your advice!

Lovely accommodation in a nice location with amazing outdoor sitting area looking at the emerald river. Very friendly hosts with good advice on places to see. Private parking. Good location to explore the Soca valley. Nice restaurant nearby, walkable or by car. Host let us use their canoe which was great on this impounded river so very calm waters. A beautiful stay and we want yo return.

Susanna`s place was more than adequate for our stay in Trieste. Susanna and her son met us at the door and provided us with a lot of advice and suggestions for us to do in Trieste. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view for me was fantastic. the unit is in a very quiet location although a bit out from the city centre. We enjoyed 3 meals in the unit on the balcony during our stay. Susanna is a fantastic host and we would recommend staying at Susanna`s place. Note, there is a short but tight spiral staircase to access the room so bear that in mind if mobility for you is a problem. However, it was not a problem for us. I definitely recommend a stay at Susanna`s place.

Silva was a great host, very welcoming and helpful with check-in and providing us with recommendations for the area during our stay. It's a lovely apartment, with many personal touches, including art by Silva and her family of artists. The place was quiet and private, and had everything we needed for our stay. Was the perfect base we needed.

Very spacious apartment in a great location . Short walk to everything and lots of restaurants nearby. Danilo and Isabel were great hosts, allowed us an early check in which was much appreciated and helped with any queries we had. We enjoyed our stay , lots to do in Trieste and a lovely city to explore . We did a great walking tour with Boris from the information centre at the square and learned a lot about the city . We also took the ferry to Miramar castle which was beautiful.

Wonderfully beautiful apartment, plenty of privacy, very fully furnished. Very much enjoyed the Jacuzzi and furthermore provided with all comforts e.g. dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, air conditioning etc. Spacious apartment/penthouse, parking in parking garage, quick responding host. In short, GREAT!
