Holiday rentals with beach access in Sithonia

Anastasia is an amazing host and the apartment was right where she said is going to be, 2 meters away from the sea! It has a beatiful balcony where you can drink your coffee in the morning and look at the sea!

Kyriakos is an honest, gentlemanly and friendly host. We were as comfortable as our own home. I'm not exaggerating: I've never stayed in such a clean place before. Kyriakos is so experienced that he quickly answered all my questions, but I didn't have to ask anything. He sent us a list of all the places, restaurants and beaches that he might need and recommend, along with map pins. We admired every place he recommended. On the morning of the 3rd day, we found our clean towels hanging at the door. Contrary to the comments, we didn't find the house small. We ate a few times in the kitchen and were able to prepare everything comfortably. The balcony is perfect for relaxing. The closet easily accommodated our clothes. The bed was comfortable. He had turned on the air conditioner before we arrived, but there was no need. The night was cool and beautiful. The area is quiet and calm. The nearby beach is very convenient. There is a personal and canopy space for the vehicle. Thank you Kyriakos, I hope we will come again!

We really enjoyed staying at Eva’s place - it’s really close to the beach and to all the nice places to grab a bite in Toroni (and Eva gave recommendations!). The place is peaceful and has a big porch with a place for leisure with a garden, which is also really nice. Eva and her family were all really nice and helpful and the stay overall was great. Recommend it for a quiet calm getaway with the option to go to great beaches nearby!

Here’s what I will write as a review: The apartment was very nice with direct access to the beach. Our host was very kind and his assistance was invaluable. The location was great and we liked having a kitchen and a washing machine. Overall great place to stay.

Just amazing! The beach, views, privacy, outdoor kitchen.. everything. Can recommend for anyone looking for a getaway from all the noise and busy life. Also the host is responsive and gave us good recommendations for places to eat and see.

This has become a very special place for our family. Such a peaceful cove, especially in morning and evening when summer boat traffic calms down. Lovely, clean, home-like.

Beautiful villa in a tranquil and peaceful setting. Overlooking the ocean with spectacular sunsets. 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and further down a handful of excellent beach bars. Shirt 5 minute drive to Posidi town. Villa is so homely. Spacious and comfortable. Alfresco and backyard for entertaining and space for the kids. Vasiliki is a wonderful host, communicating clearly and proactively, helping when needed. We highly recommend this place.

We had a great time in the house of Periklis and his wife. The house is beautiful, the terrace, the garden and the private access to the water sensational. In the preseason, not everything was open all around, but we were looking for and found exactly that and the peace and quiet associated with it. We thank you for the hospitality we received! We really enjoyed our stay at Alterra Vitta’s home by sea! Firstly, we had clear communication and instructions about all the necessary details. At the check in we were met by Kostas which explained everything from the house, grill and washing machine etc. Additionally, they have provided us with a booklet with all the best beaches and restaurants in all of Sithonia. We had some issues with the water being cold and the pressure being a bit bad so the shower head didn’t have enough pressure to work. However, Kostas came and fixed it straight away and informed us if there would be such an issue again to inform us and he would help! But luckily there wasn’t any problem again. Lastly, we were pleased with the conditions and it looked like in the photos. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends that are planning their holiday in Sithonia!

We had a wonderful time in Pyrgadikia. The apartment was beautiful and everything necessary was available. We were greeted with some food, fruit and water. Foteini took very good care of us and the place is enchanting. I'd love to come back.

We had a great stay in this beautiful house near the beach. The accommodation is stylishly furnished, very well equipped and offered plenty of space for our two families. The various terrace areas in particular invited you to eat, relax and enjoy the time together. The garden was a real paradise for the children. In the house, fans and air conditioning systems ensured a pleasant indoor climate at all times – even on hot days. The attic is cozy, but a bit cramped for taller people due to the sloping ceilings – especially in the bathroom, but that didn't bother us. The covered barbecue area with a large table in the garden was a highlight. The proximity to the beach was a big plus with children, especially since the host provided loungers and umbrellas. The beach is one of the most beautiful in Chalkidiki - fine sand, clear water, ideal for snorkeling. Many thanks to Ioannis for the great hospitality – we will be happy to come back!

The property is part of a small private housing estate which provides a peaceful and a relaxing holiday. It is located right next to a beach with pristine water. In less than 8 min. walking there is a super market, bunch of nice restaurants and a beach bar. The place itself feels way more spacious than in the pics. We appreciated the large veranda and the a/c installed in each of the three rooms! The hosts made us feel as comfortable as possible which is one of our reasons to be impatient to come again next summer. Thank you!

My daughter and her family with 2 kids spent a wonderful little vacation at George's place. His hospitality was outstanding and very friendly, the appartment was very clean and comfortable, the garden with different seating-areas was well maintained and accessable. The nearby little bay and beach were easy to get too and nice for swimming. It was an allover very good experience and we recommand George as a host and his accomo 100%.

We had a great stay at Dafnis house. The direct location by the sea and the beautiful large garden where we visited turtles was really great. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet out of season.
