Holiday rentals with lake access in Six Mile Lake

Great spot to rent...Beautiful space. Host were very friendly and had prompt communication. Perfect type of place to get away. Would have been better if the weather was nicer. I expect we will rent here again in the future.

Our stay here was fantastic. The house is big with plenty of rooms for a big group. It was clean and orderly. There is a beautiful dock with a canoe, kayak and life jackets. Our host Fred was very kind and accommodating. I would recommend this to anyone looking a cottage getaway.

We stayed at Dylan’s place for the weekend with 13 adults and 4 kids. There was enough rooms and beds for all of us with adequate bedding and space. The house was clean and well equipped for our weekend! Before the stay we had lots of questions and Dylan was very responsive and answered everything in a timely manner and with lots of details. He was always following up during the weekend as well. The dock is beautiful and amazing! It was a bit buggy but that’s expected near the waters. We used the kayaks and boat and had a wonderful time!

Chelsea’s place was absolutely beautiful ! Upon walking in the house, the view of the water is breathtaking and did not get old each morning while sipping our coffees. The home itself was very homey, and a great wide open space for gathering with friends. Chelsea was super helpful when booking, made recommendations and was super responsive during our stay with any questions we had. I would highly recommend a stay here - can’t get much closer to being “on the lake”!

My best friend and I were looking for a place to go for a girls getaway. We both desperately needed to relax and unwind. Devon’s place was exactly what we hoped for. The hot tub and sauna were an added bonus. If you need peace, are looking to rest and relax or even go someplace close to amenities but that still feels secluded Devon’s little slice of heaven is exactly the spot you need. We will definitely be booking for a future girls trip for sure! 💗 5⭐️ place!

Beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. One of the most amazing views I've ever had at a cottage. So many windows that can open to let the beautiful sunshine and breeze in. Fans, AC and heat allowed for perfect temperature control.

My family and I had a lovely time at Shiyu’s place. So cozy and well equipped. The private waterfront and kayaking were a huge hit with all the guest!

This cottage was the perfect winter getaway with friends!! It’s cottage-y feel & look with lots of pine is gorgeous and you can tell this cottage is very loved. Even though it’s not brand new or modern, its charm & true cottage feel/decor has been very well taken care of. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with everything you could need. The 4 bedrooms are cute, cozy and quite spacious. The 2 bathrooms are clean and very functional. The back deck, BBQ, outdoor fire pit and lake view were also so great. I’m sure this cottage would also be spectacular in the warmer months. Such a wonderful stay !!!!!

Had a wonderful stay! Hunt was super friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience smooth and comfortable. The house was spotless and beautifully maintained, with stylish furniture that made it feel cozy. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, it was also just a short, pleasant walk to the city—perfect for exploring. Check-in was quick and easy, and the host even provided some great local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had the great pleasure to stay at Jeff and Tess’s. The location is second to none and the apartment is clean and well appointed. On top of that , Jeff and Tess are great host - super friendly and responsive. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

This place had everything we needed for a great stay. Everything was clean, organized, and super cute. The hot tub was awesome and the lights add such a cozy vibe. The town is incredible with so many cute shops and great places to eat. Rustica Pizza and Vino was the best Italian I’ve ever had!!! A beach and pier are a ten minute walk away and Mariposa market is a must go to for baked goods, pickled vegetables, and souvenirs. The small town vibe is so cute.

Cathy was an exceptional host! The accommodations were so beautiful, so much love and hard work put in to making it a cozy place to stay. Bed was huge and comfy. Cinnamon buns were delicious. Hot tub was relaxing and private. We want to come back and try one of her other suites.

Our first visit to this beautiful home was absolutely wonderful! Lesley and Ian were incredibly friendly, responsive, and hospitable throughout. The home itself is a serene retreat with stunning green views, and it was clean. We especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities, like the availability of kayaks, which added to our enjoyment. Their flexibility and support regarding checkout, even allowing us to enjoy the outdoor space after the checkout time, made our stay even more relaxing. We had a fantastic time and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Derek and Doreen were extremely friendly, responsive, and hospitable, everything in the suite and in the backyard was as shown, if not better. They even gave us a gift as we had mentioned our wedding day was the day prior, couldn’t recommend them and this place enough, we would book again in a heart beat, thanks for everything Derek and Doreen!

This was our fourth visit!! We have now stayed in all four rooms and we were in the King’s Den this time!! It felt like coming home as we were greeted with a hug from Taurean and Robert. We had a peaceful three night stay where we spent our time relaxing on the dock, in the hot tub and paddling the river in the paddle boat. Looking forward to our next visit. Glad to have found this little gem!!

The place is clean and cozy! Very easy to find and access. There is a beach behind it with about two minute’s walking. I definitely recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dock Cottage. It was modern elegance mixed with warm vintage touches. It had everything we needed to make our stay really comfortable and we loved the dock, hot tub and kayaking on the lake. It was quiet and peaceful and felt far away from everything yet we were an easy walk from Miss Nelle’s coffee shop and ice cream stand where we went each morning for a coffee (opens at 7am), Muskoka Brewing Company for a beer and a few other Baysville shops. The communication and instructions were really helpful and we received prompt replies if we had a question so it felt like we were really taken care of. We will definitely be back and recommend it to friends.

Amazing time at this wonderful cottage. The hosts were very responsive and friendly, and have put a lot of time and energy into making this cottage an excellent stay. The hosts for this cottage clearly have a passion for making people feel right at home. Thoughtfully, they've left notes, instructions, videos, and even created home automations to make staying here as easy as possible. Everything was fully stocked from cutlery, spices, cleaning supplies, linens, etc. there was almost nothing that they missed out on that a group of people might need! The Hot tub and Suna were wonderful additions that we took full advantage of. The bed rooms and guest houses were cozy and comfortable (with AC/heating). The waters were very nice. Sandy lake that doesn't get too deep until much much further out. The dock was well constructed and great for relaxing. Overall, one of the best AirBnB cottages that we've stayed at in years.

Beautiful, clean cottage on a beautiful lake! Loved the sauna and the deck down by the dock. Was the perfect size for the 6 of us. Kitchen was great, beds were super comfortable. Would come back for sure.

Your cottage is so beautifully done. You have provided everything needed to make a stay comfortable & peaceful. We enjoyed the outdoor space as well & relaxed in the hottub. All the days we were there, a deer wandered through the property & on the last day she brought her baby with her! Everything was perfect. Thank you for the lovely experience!

We couldn't hope for a better peaceful and quiet getaway to spend time as a family. Our toddler was the happiest exploring the big garden and looking at the lake and birds from the big windows. The place has all you may need for BBQ'ing, cooking, relaxing outside and inside too when the days are chiller thanks for the beautiful easy-to-use stove. The beds were comfy and waking up looking outside thru the big windows was just the best way to start the day. We would definitely come back, especially because the host was very responsive, helpful, and polite. We feel very thankful to have spent time at her place.

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage is super cozy and cute. Jessica is also very responsive. Waking up to the lake everyday is unbeatable. The cottage is also a short walk/drive to the playground and nearby stores and restaurants. We highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back in the future!
