From the cottage, it is 200 meters to the forest and 800 meters to the beach. The grounds are totally undisturbed with a beautiful older planting. The house has been completely renovated this year and looks very inviting with a ceiling for the kitchen and an exit to a large south-west facing wooden terrace. The house also has 3 good bedrooms and a completely new bathroom.

The little house is easily heated with the amazing little wood stove, and well insulated. You find the equipped kitchen and bathroom is in the facility house next by. The facility house has a cosy heated kitchen & living room. It’s reachable by car, direct bus, or public transport from Copenhagen as well as Aarhus 1,5 hours. But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Vores skønne sommerhus er ideel for børnefamilier, og er et dejligt sted at have base for diverse udflugtsmål i området. Huset ligger på en naturgrund fyldt med lyng, som blomster i juli og august. I nærheden finder du en dejlig stenstrand. Efter en tur i havet kan man skylle sig i vores udendørsbruser, som både har koldt og varmt vand. Huset har en stor skøn terrasse mod syd, hvor I finder bambus lounge møbler, liggestole og et spisearrangement med grillområde.

The area is natural and quiet, and is known for having one of the most beautiful sunsets, as well as wildlife that brings the wild animals close by. The cottage is only 200 meters from the beach where there is lovely bathing water. 50 meters down the beach there is also a bathing bridge.
