Cabin holiday rentals in Sjusjøen

We had a wonderful stay at Henriette's home. The friendly communication with Henriette was particularly nice. She even made us aware of the upcoming northern lights ☺️as the cabin is used privately, you are looking for some storage space at first, but then everything fits. Thank you!

Very nice farm inside the woods. The experience of living in the woods is amazing. The house is very nice and cozy, made out of wood, but with all the comforts. There is a very nice river as well, and a very large area. The host is very nice and responsive. It is reachable only by car. Overall would recommend for a unique experience in the woods.

We had a great time with the nice cabin and the beautiful surroundings. We have been here in the summer and it was just as nice in the winter. Lots of cross country trails and lovely area. So northern lights out in the stomp and gorgeous blue and pink sunsets.

the place was just like the pictures and even better! amazing atmosphere with bustling bird life. The cabin was clean and had all the amenities you could want, and both the Glomma, hot tub and sauna were used extensively😊 Absolutely beautiful to have your morning coffee in the chairs overlooking the Glomma, but thinks it's even better out on several of the possible patios that are there. We hadn't been with us, but there was no hindrance for a great and memorable weekend . Anette as a host is also absolutely discretion, welcoming, responds quickly and very pleasant, recommended!

This log cabin absolutely blew us away, breathtaking scenery, a peaceful wintery idyll but would be equally as beautiful any time of the year. Signs of spring are everywhere - lots of birdsong and flowers coming out. But still we managed to ski - downhill at the ski slope 5 mins away - Perfect for beginners and plenty of cross country routes all around. At the end of a days outside a cosy cabin, fire and hot tub. It really was such a wonderful place, very well stocked with everything we could possibly need. Wonderful memories were made - thank you so much!

What a gem! The accommodation is superb, spacious, warm, tastefully equipped, perfectly equipped for children! The sauna and jacuzzi are so pleasant to use... Pia was very, very good advice and so responsive to every question! And she ordered us good weather for the 3 days ;) Maybe the best Airbnb we've ever done. Looking forward to the next time!

Really nice cabin with really good amenities. Very nice, smooth and friendly communication with Sturle. We were two adults and two big kids, and we'd love to come back. We enjoyed both the cabin and the area.

We had a great stay at Sjusjøen. Marie is very welcoming and friendly to communicate with. The home was bright, and it was wonderfully warm upon our arrival-and it's located in some beautiful surroundings with great scenery right at your fingertips. We highly recommend a stay at Marie's home at Sjusjøen.

Lovely cottage where you immediately felt at home. Very cozy and everything was very clean. Everything you needed was present (only we didn't find a colander:) ) Our sons loved all the toys present as well. You could walk to the beach to take a refreshing dip in the lake and in the wide area there was a lot to do. We really enjoyed our stay an Audun is a great host.

On our way to Trondheim, we spent 3 wonderful days in Ylva's uncomfortable cabin. We were very comfortable, took a trip to the Nevelhütta and enjoyed the warmth of the wood-burning stove. Our dog immediately felt at home and could even watch a fox. We will be happy to come back and wish Ylva a lot of health. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay. Great place, very comfortable and spacious living and dining room, equipped kitchen. Awesome views over the terrace and pretty close to ski tracks. Perfect for a group of friends or bigger family. Would be nice to visit again. Thanks for the great experience!

We had a wonderful stay and would come back anytime. Kâre was very accommodating and always easily accessible. Since we arrived without a car, he organized extra linen for us. The cabin was very clean, spacious and cozy. The location is perfect for the cross-country ski trail and if you arrive by car, everything is quickly accessible. However, we had decided against a rental car and arrived from Oslo by train and bus. This is of course a challenge with a location 2km from the center. Certainly some things would have been easier by car, and you have to be well organized to realize it without a car. The bus line is little used and is not very high. Transporting shopping or trash on skis from/to the center of Sjusjoen is certainly not for everyone. We managed to do it and at least compensated for our climate-unfriendly flight from Germany to Oslo:-)

We really enjoyed our stay at Mia's cozy cabin. It looked like in the pictures and Mia is a very friendly host :)

Visiting family in the area and needed a "home from home". This was the perfect location, set in beautiful countryside, with an expansive view over the valley we felt at home from the moment we arrived. Our dog soon worked out the boundaries and adopted a position on the deck where she could look out "at her kingdom". We were all sad to leave.

Very comfortable cabin, as a cabin should be - we believe. Beautiful view, all we needed. Will be happy to come back!

Great cabin in a lovely location right by cross country tracks and slalom slopes. Clean and tidy, and very nice that all essentials are in place. Friendly hosting that responds quickly. We had an amazing weekend and would love to come back!

We had a great stay in Martine's hytte. Everything you need when you get back from the tracks.

We were there for far too brief a stay. The setting is beautiful. Even for a single overnight, the late check out makes it possible to be a real holiday spot, not just a pleasant place to sleep. We had to wait to get in but Marcus had requested we let him know when we were going to arrive and I neglected to do that so I take some responsibility for that small delay.

We had a very nice week of skiing in the cabin. It is well equipped, functional and fresh. Bonus were the thick and warm duvets that were there.

We had a fantastic stay! Super cozy and comfortable cabin with everything you need. Lovely with a log burner for extra warmth and coziness! Perfect location for cross country skiing and easy to get to from Oslo. Annelena and Andreas were great hosts, very responsive and helpful. Have already recommended the cabin to others!
