Peony house

Peony's house is located by the Valti coast, in Sykia. It's land plot is 500m² and it's 93m away from the sea. The house has living room, kitchen, one WC and two rooms, one with double bed and the other with two separate single beds with the ability to add one children's playpen bed. In the living room the sofa becomes bed too. The kitchen is fully equipped (with one big refrigerator, electric stove, toaster, coffee machine and electric kettle). It also has a big front porch and a big green yard with barbecue and one traditional wood oven. Except from the sandy Valti's beach, only a few minutes away with your car you can enjoy all the beautiful Sykia's beaches such as Tourkolimnionas, Klimataria, Tigania, Kriaritsi, Agridia, Tranos Agios Nicholaos, Kavourotripes etc.

Welcome to "Find Yourself 2", just a 3-minute drive from the beautiful Sykia beach in Sithonia. Perfect for 5 (+1) guests aged 15+, this spacious apartment includes 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (no-oven), modern shower, washing machine, smart TVs (32" & 42"), air conditioning, and fast Starlink internet. Enjoy outdoor meals under the shaded kiosk or use the private BBQ in the yard. Includes an extra bed and storage room. (Notes: Tap water is not drinkable / Events may allowed, ask!)

Είμαστε η Έφη και η Νατάσα. Οι γονείς μας, Ελευθέριος και Μαρία, (από όπου προέρχεται και το όνομα EleMar ), αγάπησαν βαθιά αυτό το μέρος . Μια αγάπη που κατάφεραν να την μεταδώσουν και σε εμάς. Ετσι δημιουργήσαμε το ΕleMar Home με σεβασμό στο περιβάλλον και την ελάχιστη όπως θα διαπιστώσετε ανθρώπινη παρέμβαση. Μπορείς να απολαύσεις το ρόφημα ή το γεύμα σου κάτω από τη σκιά των δέντρων, παρέα με το κελάηδισμα των πουλιών. Η τοποθεσία συνδυάζει βουνό, θάλασσα και πολύ πράσινο.

Evelen Studios(Ground floor)

Evelen Studios are located at a distance of 300m from the beach in Sarti. It is a smaller, family object which has a total of 4 studios on the first floor and 4 studios on the ground floor, and all of them are renovated in 2016. Studios are situated in the old part of Sarti, nearby all the contents, restaurants, cafes, stores and beaches. All the studios are two-bedded (double bed). When necessary, in all the studios can be added one extra bed for a third person or a child.

Studio Filio is a luxurious residence 150 meters from the Valti sea, in Sithonia Halkidiki. It is surrounded by greenery and the beach has a breathtaking view of Mount Athos. You are located 7 km from Sarti & 6 km from Sykia. In the area there is Taverna (100 meters), 2 beach bars & super market (1 km). Sarta is a seaside village with a pedestrian street around a rocky bay, where bars and taverns fill up in the summer. The Feast of Our Lady is on August 15th.
