The apartment is located on the 1st floor with a nice view by the French balcony. There are two rooms as well as a living room + good kitchen and bathroom. There are 500 m to the station, from where there are trains to Aarhus. In the yard there is room for dining. Shopping is 500 meters away. Linen and towels can be purchased for 50 per person. There is a 5-minute walk to the forest and the lake with a swimming bridge, canoe rental, mountain bike trails and hiking trails, as well as a 12-minute walk to the station with trains to Aarhus (15 minutes) Silkeborg and Copenhagen. It is 3 km to the E45. The apartment has a private entrance and consists of an entrance, living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. The home is beautifully located right down to Gudenåen in the middle of the Jutland Søhøjland. Close to forest and swimming lake. Good opportunity for cycling and hiking, as well as fishing and canoeing on the Gudenåen. There is a separate entrance and you have the apartment to yourself. There is also direct access from the apartment to a small balcony overlooking the Gudenåen, and from there stairs down to your own terrace right down to the Gudenå. On the terrace, there is a kettle grill for free use.
