Welcome to our charming thatched house with a fantastic location and views. Close to Himmelbjerget, bathing lakes, hiking trails, forests and city life in Aarhus. The house is part of the Kirstinelund housing community, but has its own garden with a chicken coop, campfire area, shelter and two beautiful terraces. We have two cute Maine Coon cats, Puma and Lilleko, who come along. The community shares 12 acres of land with a valley, fruit trees, horses, trails, sheep and a playground. It is 3 kilometers to the nearest train station, 20 minutes to Aarhus.

There are opportunities for canoeing and kayaking, fishing, hiking, exciting mountain biking, racing bikes. At the residence, there is equipment for washing bicycles and indoor storage of the same.

The house is located in the middle of Gammel Rye in the first row to the heath hills and only a few hundred meters from the city's grocery store. The house consists of a kitchen, dining area and living room in an open plan, a children's bedroom with a half bed (120 cm) and the possibility of extra bed as well as a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. From the living room, there is access to a garden room, where you can enjoy your morning coffee and extend the summer evenings.
