This accommodation is well suited for those who are traveling or who like the sea and nature. To enter the apartment, you must pass through our garden. We have two Chihuahuas so it is good if you are not afraid of dogs as these are sometimes out in the garden. The apartment consists of a small kitchen with two hotplates, a small microwave. There is a refrigerator, but no freezer. Private toilet with washing machine. No balcony or patio. 1 bed 140 cm and a sofa bed for 2. Please bring your own bed linens and towels.

Completely newly built and newly furnished apartment lights and fresh. Private patio. The farm is free with amazing views of the fields. On the property there is a gallery. Very quiet location. The farm includes a vineyard. Distance to Gärsnäs 3 km, with ICA storey patisserie, ATM, train station and bus stop. Hourly trains to Simrishamn and Ystad. 10 km to Gyllebosjön with nice swimming and hiking area. 20 km to Borrbystrand by the sea with a fantastic sandy beach. Dogs are welcome but cost SEK 50/day

Fully equipped loft. There is a larger living room with rooftop garbage both to the north and south. Open floor plan that appears in the pictures. Fresh shower/toilet. Kitchen with oven and induction stove. A small red cast iron stove if you want to snuggle up after a lovely fall or winter walk. Double bed (two folded 90 beds) in the living room. There's also a smaller 90-bed in a nook. In the bedroom there is a 120- and a 90-bed. Also crib available. Bus stop is 300 meters away. Wonderful walking paths!

Cozy apartment on horse farm

Enjoy your vacation in a rural location with animals outside the window! Morning sun and grazing horses as an accessory to the morning coffee. 1.5 km to the train station with connections to Helsingborg and Malmö. Spacious parking included. The apartment is located on top of the stable so noise may occur during the night. There are animals on the farm so it is not recommended if you have a severe fur allergy. Surrounded by a beautiful, private garden and colorful scanian fields in the spring and summer. Spacious and bright interior with 6 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which has a washing machine. Fully renovated in 2023. Convenient parking right outside the main entrance with enough space for 5 or more cars.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. In the midst of our fallow deer farm with our 60 fallow deer ladies and gentlemen, you can really unwind and recharge your batteries. The 60 m² apartment at a height of 6 meters is perfect for relaxing as a couple. When the weather permits, we sit together in the evening by the large campfire. Our property has 20 hectares of fenced pasture and forests and invites you to take extensive walks.

Here in the center, there are several different restaurants that we are happy to recommend. If you want to go down to Åhus, the bus station is only a stone's throw from the apartment.
