Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Only 8 minutes to Sandhammaren beach. 2 mn walking distance to the neighbors Karl-Fredrik at Eklaholm & Reunion shop/cafe. Private furnished patio, barbecue and endless sunsets over the fields. Nice food experiences/shops/flea market/hikes around the corner. 3 km to Handlaren Löderup, 4 km h ICA, pharmacy etc. Bed linens & towels are included. The Palm House at Hjelmsjöborg

Nestled in a rhododendron in the northern part of Hjelmsjöborg's park is this octagonal tower, Palmhuset. This is a very unique building where you get a place to stay like no other. Five meters in ceiling height, beautiful stucco, murals, a bathtub in the middle of the bedroom, spiral staircase, a stone patio with Mediterranean feel and not even a stone's throw from the house are Hjelmsjön's nice tennis courts. In the winter months, it can get a little cold, then you can crawl up on the couch and light a fire in the stove.

Träskhuset is an architect-designed house built in 2023. It is built of cross-glued wood and stands on posts in a swamp with the beech forest as the closest neighbor. In winter, you are surrounded by water, in summer, high vegetation. Here you live in a stylish house overlooking the forest. Design by Sorgenfri Build Concept. Free parking on a shared driveway. Electric vehicle charging available. The house is about 50 meters from our own house. Happy children's screams can therefore sometimes be heard nearby.
