Here you live in a newly renovated space with a conservatory as a kitchen/living area. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from Lund C, the university and green areas. The bedrooms are on the lower level with a spacious bathroom and an additional separate toilet with sink. Sliding doors facing the garden and patio provide an extra room in spring and summer. The accommodation is well suited for a family or colleagues on a business trip. Parking is available in the neighborhood at SEK 9/hour during the day on weekdays. No charge on Sundays. Good wifi. Welcome to a peaceful stay in my cozy two-room apartment! You will live in your own house, my annex, with access to your own patio. In front of the house there is a green area, you wake up to birds chirping every morning. Quiet and comfortable in a cul-de-sac. The apartment consists of a living room, kitchenette, furnished corridor, bedroom with a couple of beds (they can be attached together) upstairs. Toilet, shower room, sauna, hall and laundry room on the lower floor. There is a small fridge, a couple of hotplates, microwave and coffee maker.

A cozy room close to the sea and tennis

A simple and cozy room close to the sea, the station, forest and Båstad. Please note that the room is simple and small, about 10 sqm including bathroom and kitchenette. The accommodation is primarily suitable for one person, but it is possible for two people to stay. The area is quiet with no significant traffic. For those of you who want to avoid driving, there are simple bicycles for rent. From fall to early summer, the space can be used as student housing at a very significantly reduced price.

Guest apartment on Söderslätt (Hammarlöv)

Countryside guest apartment (25kvm) located on the second floor above the garage-two rooms and a bathroom. There are no kitchen but a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker and electric kettle, as well as bowls and cutlery for two. The big room has a double bed 180 cm, and in the other room has a sofa that can be embeded into a 140 cm wide bed. A foldable crib is also available in the apartment. There is no public transportation to the accommodation - nearest bus stop is about 3 km away.

Peaceful guest house with pool

Welcome, My name is Frans, a couple of years ago I had a stroke so my speech isn’t a 100% but I understand Dutch, English and Swedish. The living room, bedroom and bathroom have been built inside a garage which is yours as well (there’s plenty of heating). There has been installed a small kitchen which has a stove,toaster,kettle,fridge,microwave and of course your basic utilities.(Theres a crockpot as well). If you need any other kitchen equipment just ask :)
