Newly built house with absolutely the best location on the Nordic's longest lake beach and one of Sweden's finest beaches. With walking paths, cafés and restaurants, it is a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is protected in a bay that is perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to paddle tennis courts, tennis courts, mini golf. No pets allowed. Sheets/towels are not included, but can be rented for SEK 100/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Hookahs/smoking are not allowed!

In our beautiful beach house you live so close to the lake, you can hear the sound of the waves. The house is 70 m from the beach, the longest "lake beach" in Scandinavia. Summertime there are 5 restaurants close by.(3 in the wintertime) Perfect for catching some sun, relaxing, vindsurfing, kitesurfing, nice walks in the beautiful area, tennis, paddle, minigolf or chilling and barbecuing on the patio. Grenadjärstorp in idyllic Borghamn

The cottage is located a stone's throw from the shore of Lake Vättern with Omberg as a backdrop and with the beautiful plain that spreads around Borghamn. We look forward to meeting 2025 with upcoming guests and please do not hesitate to look at the listing and contact me for any inquiries. This will be our 10th year as hosts of our cabin and we have met so many nice guests from near and far. Guests describe the area as beautiful and peaceful. Nearby, there is a stone industry that is in use.

Det är en stuga på landet med lugnt läge ca 10 min från E4:an söder om Mantorp. Huset är på ca 50m2. Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och öppen spis. Vardagsrummet är öppet upp till nock. Över sovrummet finns ett loft med två madrasser som kan användas som extrabäddar. Köket är fullt utrustat samt med diskmaskin. På tomten finns också en friggebod med en våningssäng. Stor lummig trädgård med uteplats och grill. Priset gäller för 4 bäddar. Extra sovplats 150sek/bädd.

Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. Historic house from late 1800's. Original details with a modern brand new kitchen. Fully furnished in an eclectic 80's style. White washed floor planks throughout the whole house. New bathroom with a 5 person Sauna. Walking distance to town. Grocery, pharmacy, liquor store, pub and restaurants within 10 min walk. 500 m to the lake for a morning dip. The house is located in the middle of the forest, it is very quiet and peaceful. Perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There are 3 lakes within 20 minutes walking distance and there are more than enough opportunities for walking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, boating, motorcycling, etc. Open canoes (2) and the hot tub are available for rent. Charcoal is available for purchase.

White guest house in Sya

The small white guest house on our villa plot is 25 sqm and contains most of the amenities you need for a few nights. Outside, you will find a small undisturbed patio with raspberry fields as a neighbor and overlooking the entire garden. Quiet area close to Svartån. In the village there is also Kaptensbostaden, which offers auctions and has its own interior design shop with limited opening hours.
